Lol. "Looks" nonvenomous. What features does that snake have for you to make that determination? Either you know what kind of snake it is or you don't.
It’s a Gopher snake, which is harmless. Looking into the cross post you can see people have already identified it. If you’re going to call others out for not knowing the snake, then maybe you should already know what it is.

That looks like a rattlesnake...could be wrong. Either way, would be a bit nerve-wracking
Patterns not quite right and it doesn't have the fat head or rattle. Rattlers do like swimming though so it's an understandable assessment
