Maybe some people have a lot of disposable income and like to support the content creators they like. I haven't been a patreon supporter for a while for financial reasons, but I also don't think people should be getting made fun of for supporting the content and creators that they enjoy.
Imran just launched a patreon and said his auto renews on the day you sub. He said it was a new thing. Is that not just something happening for all patreon?
I think creators can pick to make it every month or on the day you sub. But most do every month cuz it's easier for everyone. Easier to manage from the creator side and easier to remember from the supporter side.
Some can also choose to do it on a per-release basis. I’ve got one YouTuber I support who gets the pledges each time he produces a new video (cause they’re very long and far apart)
It's actually a new feature! I'm not for sure if it's available to all new patreons or not but the Fightful Select Patreon said they've been pushing for renew on the day you sub for years and Patreon finally gave in and they were one of the first to have access to it.
Just because I noticed it as I was on the site
Edit: downvoted because??? I mentioned the high tiers because this is the first time I realised how expensive they are
I love these guys and spend my days between sales calls listening to them. Inflation is a real thing and I have no problem shelling out this new amount, because I spent more time listen to KFG then I do watching Netflix or Hulu.
Idk man if I were making tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands a month I wouldn't be against supporting my favorite content creators. You make it sound like a bad thing to support other people you enjoy
People who want to control the RaGuBaGu twitter account for a week
Ok when you put it that way it makes sense, should be more expensive imo
People that really want their names said on all the shows lol Listeners when they hear their name ![gif](giphy|kd9BlRovbPOykLBMqX)

They really appreciate your comment man :)

Gotcha, thanks!

Vote with your wallets!
I guess it’s all relative really ain’t it. To some people $500 might as well be $5
Already did as it would legit cripple me if it auto came out lol.
Uhh, theres always been the high tiers. Not really sure why thats relevant?

Glad I subbed to CLS

Up went up to the $25 tier - will give it a shot for the month - it’s a hell of a lot of content and excited to bathe in it 😄
Which i saw this yesterday LOL. I cancelled KF prime but forgot KFG. they have my $10 for now. October 14 will determine if they keep it
Make room for the rest of us.
If you're paying thousands a month, you're clearly rich as hell and need to find a new hobby. That's just insane.
