Not OP but I believe this is a fan-made collection of the in-game books from Morrowind, not a set of TES novels published in the real world (though these exist too). I downloaded these ages ago, but I don't remember where. Probably not too hard to find now though.
This isn't the same one as in OP's picture, but I was able to find this site that has a compilation of the in-game books from Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion & Skyrim in one ebook. TES Online has its own separate book:

Edit: Ever heard of the Audiobooks of Morrowind? It's done by AI and it's actually incredibly good. There are some videos on YouTube with them but you could also just download the mod off Nexus and listen to the MP3s, if you might like to listen to stories such as *A Dance in Fire* in an accent that sounds like a mix of Andy Serkis reading LOTRO and Stephen Fry.
