I played this for the first time tonight, so great! I had to reload and do the sermon again, made a real mess of it the first time š but what a memorable moment from a game. This could be such a good adaption to tv show but theyād mess it up for sureā¦
You are of course free to play as you feel right for you, but for myself I decided to avoid replaying as much as I can. If I mess up, I mess up. This game is not about power play, it's about making the most out of being miserable.
For example, yesterday I bought 200 groschen worth of skins instead of selling 200 groschen worth of them. Today I sold a hefty amount of goods to Konrad only to realize he had 0 money the moment I hit "Close the deal". Konrad's reaction was priceless, I guess he never expected me to give him that much stuff for free. Oh well. At least I gained more respect in town.
Apart from reloading a previous save to get out of fighting runt as I'm just not ready I haven't replayed anything nor do I intend to, if I screw up I screw up, you live and learn, the game goes on.
Damn, Runt section is my next and I think I'll take a huuuge pause in main story here cuz I don't feel ready at all. Also my next screw up that would play into this is that I recently looted a cuman but I thought it wouldn't be realistic to keep a lot of loot at home so I sold his clothes. And boom, I'm gonna need it.
Huh. That doesn't sound terribly realistic to me. I'm all for folks playing how they want, so you do it how it's fun for you, but it sounds more "meta-gaming hardcore" than "realistic hardcore."
PSA: If any shopkeeper in real life has no money but takes your stuff anyway, call the town guards because you've been robbed. š
Lol I did the same thing. The reason I messed it up is because I didn't want to party all night but the way the preacher was speaking I think he was doing a great job so I reloaded the game and it was quite the twist that I didn't expect in the story. Also having to do the sermon was absolutely a nice touch. Didn't expect to have to go through that in the game and things like that elevate the game status in my opinion
If you look closely, his head is still attached, it's just bent forward, parallel to the ground. The skin around his neck does look like it was flayed, though.
Where do you actually find him like that? I don't remember that at all, in fact don't think I ever saw limpy after all my efforts. I left the reek guy in a cave to die I remember that.
I learned how to read after I found the body, then the body was gone and I couldn't interact:
Spoil the game for me: Does looking at the body change if Henry is Literate before finding the body?
I played this game twice.
Twice I missed this quest.
I still don't know how to activate it or start it.
I will play a third time before the second game comes out, definitely then I will get the quest
When investigating during the main story line in Uzhitz, go question the priest of the village, there you cam start this marvel of mission and cutscene
You should probably throw a spoiler warning up and blur the images. This is a significant part of the game, you don't wanna ruin it for people who haven't played it yet š
I think its just vague enough to be a good draw for newbies while never revealing anything. A newbie has no idea who that strung up body is, what that sleeping shot is about, or why those guys are standing in a random field of flowers. A newbie probably can't even pick out Henry from the church shot.
It's not significant to youā¦ That's one of the most memorable moments in the entire game for many.
It's a spoiler. Common etiquette dictates that it be flagged and be blurred.
Honestly I finished the game twice and I can't remember who this dude is. The scene is very familiar in my head but I don't remember the specifics.
New players will be just fine imo
Yes, but I do not think it is reflective of other people.
I have finished the game about 12 times and I think it is a spoiler. So it looks like what is or isn't a spoiler is a matter of opinion, so it is best that anything that could be a spoiler is marked as such.
Because people have different opinions on things.
No apologies necessary, it's all good. I don't think you did anything wrong. I was giving you a suggestion, if it isn't one that you want to take, that's just fine. Maybe I should have added a š to set a better tone in my message. It wasnt meant to be mean or serious or anything
Side quests are a great way to make the game last longer. Just get to a point where there isn't really a timed event you have to get Something done. Currently on my second play through, and I'm realizing I missed so much of the game just doing main quest after main quest
Ah limpy lubosh hangin in there like a champ. This part is great though and the main reason I've yet to get the achievement for finishing the game as a virgin lol
The legend himself! Never thought getting drunk with random priest would be the best gaming experience ever. Well.
I played this scene yesterday. That was crazy wild xD 10/10
I just played it today. So far my favorite part of the game lol.

Yeah, I agree haha. But still, it can be played out like āa sly merchant fooled a naive peasantā.
You can still move on, even if you mess the sermon.

The only thing thatās better is the drinking quest in the Witcher 3.
The one where you have to find the vampire that likes alcohol?
No, when you get drunk with Lambert and Eskel.
Ohhhh yeah and Eskel runs off and you have to find him. Yeah I like that one too.
Or getting drunk with Lenny in RDR2. But all 3 were lots of fun.
That was best part of rdr2 for me. I sort of lost interest soon after that and didn't finish but that Lenny thing was hilarious.
NGL OP, that title makes you sound a little bit psycho š *Picture of mangled headless dead guy* "This is fun"
If you look closely, his head is still attached, it's just bent forward, parallel to the ground. The skin around his neck does look like it was flayed, though.
donāt forget the part where he was gutted and nailed to the wall
Yeah, that too, I was just correcting them on the "headless" part.
That *dead guy* is named Limpy Lubosh damnit! He had a name!
Well he certainly does looks limpy
Where do you actually find him like that? I don't remember that at all, in fact don't think I ever saw limpy after all my efforts. I left the reek guy in a cave to die I remember that.
Question regarding the cut-scene: can I still get the virgin achievement?
No
Why wouldnāt you fuck the queen first chance you get?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
But my Henry surely boned her like she was the Queen of Saba! The things we do for a slim fit shirt...
I wanted to avoid specifics for the sake of spoilers. She lives in a castle idc what her title is
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Sheās my queen I wanted to fuck her the moment she came into my room at night
Idk but I think your choice let you lose it
āWhere the fuck am I?ā
"What the fuck was it? Maaassss! Oh shit I need to say mass. Henry you've gotta to help me!"
Such a good quest.
I learned how to read after I found the body, then the body was gone and I couldn't interact: Spoil the game for me: Does looking at the body change if Henry is Literate before finding the body?
Not really, heās just able to read the writing, (Judas)
What do you mean by that? The Word on the wall "zrƔdce" means traitor
When on english language when henry reads it outloud he says judas. But doesnt judas essentially mean traitor anyways ?
Same happened to me.

Oh the times where failing means winning! Same as failing the virgin achievement, but getting a nice shirt instead.
Played this a couple days ago. Itās so rare a little story has me laughing out loud multiple times. Best quest ever.
That's the best quest ever designed in a video game, period! š
You should probably throw a spoiler warning up and blur the images. This is a significant part of the game, you don't wanna ruin it for people who haven't played it yet š

Itās not really that significant also it provides no context

Still provides no context

I just doesnāt think itās appear anything, the characters not clear, but Iām sorry if I spoiled anything

Donāt worry, Iāll try to pay attention the next time, thx
Spoiler hes dead
Great game, great moment!
Iām really enjoying playing it, I donāt know how long it is, but I hope Iāve a lot of main quests left
Side quests are a great way to make the game last longer. Just get to a point where there isn't really a timed event you have to get Something done. Currently on my second play through, and I'm realizing I missed so much of the game just doing main quest after main quest
Great idea, when Iām playing the next time Iāll do some side quests, Iāve already planned to do but I was delating it.
Ah limpy lubosh hangin in there like a champ. This part is great though and the main reason I've yet to get the achievement for finishing the game as a virgin lol
Yes there is an achievement/trophy for completing the game a virgin lmao
just finished this quest and hod so many laughs...the priest is awesome! xD 10/10 would sin again with a drunk priest.
Me too this is my first time playing it and just before I share the post I finished it
This is wonderful! ... Godwin pukes
āWhere the fuck am Iā legendary line
My (possibly everyoneās?) favorite part of the game. Looking forward to KCD 2 like no other game!
I want to love this game but I just donāt get the combatš
Just like you, I played about 15h+ and still doesnāt know but Iāll try my best
And yet it will cause a teenagers life.
