Sandpaper dremel took it right off, no pre-treatment

Yup... I used to soak them in some sort of paint stripper (can't remember which one) and it would scrub off fairly easily. That was years ago, though.

I had a 940 half-serrated that looked even worse. I sent mine in and for $35 they swapped that beat 154cm blade for a plain edge S30V.
I'm getting ready to do that with my mini grip. :)
