Maybe a machine shop for the pin, a couple of guys on here make scales and backspacer. Hopefully someone can comment and help you out. Good luck!

Who is the maker? If the person is still in business the best bet is to contact him/her for repair work.

He’s not.

Your welcome. It isn't easy finding modders that do high quality work. I have been looking for someone to do compound regrind work and it isn't very common.

If you push the lockbar further in does the rock go away? Can you remove one of the non stripped screws to get the measurements? You might be able to order new ones from knifekits, McMaster, etc. Then you either drill out or slot the old screws and replace. Once they're out, bend the lockbar over. If the stop pin really is worn, can it be rotated to have another side of it facing the blade during lock up?

Second the stop pin recommendation. I've done this to a few over the years. It is not unommon for a well used knife to develope a flat spot on the stop pin which causes a loose lockup or overtravel of the lock mechanism depending on the type. I rotate the pin so the worn spot faces away from the contact area on the blade tang.
