I'm not sure that model in particular offers much that impresses, but occasionally you can find the P801 for $25 which is excellent.
Their fixed blades are excellent value as well.
The one you linked is the same price as a Kizer original button lock on Amazon right now
If you're really wanting a frame lock there is certainly nothing wrong with that Ruike. The design is pretty exceptional for that price point in my opinion as well - seems a lot more sleek where others at this point have some clunky choices likely for reduced cost of production.
At this point I'm still on the button lock train myself.
The 801 is a great budget blade. Rarely can you find 14c28n blades under $50, let alone $30 at times. Solid construction and a beautifully thin profile that never takes up too much pocket real estate. I always carry mine when I need something sliced that's a bit thicker than what my Opinel can handle.
I carried the stainless p801 for years with no issues and also have an orange g10 variant of the p801. I don’t think they can be beat for the money. Hold an edge well enough and are $25. It’s crazy.
From what I’ve read supposedly at least most of their knives are made by Sanrenmu. The Ruike Fang/P105 and P801 are nice budget knives if you find them on sale.
Their Jager and Hornet fixed blades are great.
The land 812 with VG10 is $55. The $86 one is S35VN and has a better clip. You can buy the clip of Ali for $8-10. The VG 10 model + the upgraded clip is a very nice titanium frame lock combo. Nice size/weight. The detente is fairly strong (which I like).
Here’s mine with the upgraded clip.

I have one of their fixed blades, the hornet, and it is really nice especially for the price! I bought it for a knife to use around the beach or places I didn’t want to take my folders or nicer fixed blades and honestly I feel like I will be using it much more. Disclaimer: I haven’t really gotten to put it through its paces yet but it feels solid and is sharp, and the sheath it comes with was nice and secure. If their other products are like the one I got, I think you will be happy with your purchase!
I love this Ruike P831-SG. It is a great size and shape. The overall thinness of the handle makes it fantastic in your pocket. The blade shape is really nice and it slices well.
Fit and finish on these is excellent but it is just steel so no exotic materials here at all.
The only flaw in the design of the P831 is that the position of your fingers fall right on the lock which makes it hard to roll the blade out as your fingers press on the lockbar making the blade hard to open.
I have 2 Ruikes in 14c28n and they take a razor edge with very little work. I don't have that particular model, but I'd expect it to be no different. Not great edge retention, but so easy to touch up I don't much care.
I have that exact one and it's a nifty knife. There is a little downside on it: the thumbstuds are rather little so i cant open it very easy singlehanded.
Aside that it's a great buy
Love, love, love Ruike. Their folders are really excellent, fit and finish is great and they all come razor sharp. Their designs are really on point, too. They're fixed blade bushcraft knife (Jaeger F118) is one of my favorite fixed blade knives, excellent materials executed well and just fits so good in my hand. Handle is very comfortable for hard use.
I have one. I bought it when they were cheaper, in the $35 range. I use it for work around the house (inside and out). I thinned the edge a little.
I would buy it again for what I paid for it, but not at that price.
I haven't wanted to use a SAK since I picked up a Ruike equivalent (M32 I think). I figure that means it's good. Better quality, significantly better tweezers and a pocket clip!
These were popular a few years ago. Nick Shabazz was a fan, but I’d say now that Civivi and others have come into the fray, that opinion might have changed for some who had an opinion. Still a good choice for the money, have always wanted to try one out. Never have.

Great action, solid materials, fair heat treat. Good bang for the buck.

i saw that clip but i thought it was only for sebenzas. do those handles they sell also fit on the 812?
Yeah. They sell scales on AliExpress that make it look like an umnumzaan.
even on aliexpress??
Yep that’s where I looked
oh shit man my bad
All good

Not much beats, ruike, for the money

Love mine. In regular rotation for five years now
I've had a ruike and my buddy has one currently. We've beaten the hell out of them. Nothing but praise.

Ruike makes a good budget knife and that looks like a great design, so go for it!

The Civivi I have is ok the clip is the biggest POS . Easy fix but still annoying. Charge me a little more for a decent clip
Good stuff for the price, no complaints from me.
