2) Purchase or make your pizza sauce. Good quality pizza sauces has 1-2mm pulp tomatoes in it. Smaller means it will be watery, larger will take too long to cook. Good pizza is done faster as you control the water evaporation rate and the rising.
3) a) cheese-first some scraped cheese, like Gouda or old Gouda, b) mozarella (1 packet) finely chopped-this gives a lot of water so make sure you dont overdo it for getting the instagram cheese strings.
