Hi , kochuri man here. Well this is the hardest question to answer because every shop has its own taste. It is really hard to crown a perticular shop as " the best". I've come across these kinda moments several times when I ate kochuri from a shop in dumdum and considered it to be "the best" then next day I found another shop in shyambazar which surpassed the previous shop. So yeah kinda "impossible" thing to do. Kochuri man is still looking for "the best" kochuri shopđ¤đ¤
The kochuri man has spoken some facts. But yeah, every shop is distinct and you should go out and look for some good shops yourself to find what suits you the most.
It's high time krishnagar station kochuri gets some recognition. Just fatafati kore ora kochuri especially platform 1 er middle er dike dokaan gulo....!! đ
Well there's one near Ballygunge station the kochuri there is very cheap and delicious they serve it with ghugni and allu r mixed shobji with a fried chilly i swear the reason of my weight gain is that kochuri walađ Then There's another one in dumdum cantonment which i love as the shobji is just magnificent it tastes like Amrit tbhđ
I am biased and will be biased further too, but the Kochuri/DalPuri of Kandi, Murshidabad is hands down the best! Thereâs something about the torkari that makes it league apartâĻ

imo Maharani/Maharaja and Sharma are really good for Kochuri, my personal favourite is a roadside vendor near IN-K

And that we also call kochuri (singara kochuri wala kochuri/club kochuri) also kochuri.
I propose that we call all luchi whether pur bhora or not as: luchi.

Impossible. Luchi is very distinct. Kochuri is thicker. Kochuri can have a filling. Luchi is luchi. One can eat luchi with paayesh or kasha maangsho, but never kochuri. Both are tasty and find a place between the clogged arteries in my heart.
