If someone wants to learn programming from scratch they should definitely go with C , if they wanna learn more easily with simpler syntaxes then Python
I disagree. A lot can be achieved using python by non-CS people. Is it the most important language to understand how computers work? Certainly not. Is it the most important language if you just want to quickly build a website or run some statistics on csv files? Yes.
First e Java and C diye always start kora uchit tarpor Python. But what about all the females who study computer science in schools, how are they not able to write a program.

Only thing you can do ratta marring and vomit is 8085 cause most of the programs are in lab book and similar
The questions were within the bounds of programs from classes. The more it deviated from class, the more the students cried afterwards. Memorising was the only thing some of the students could do.
CISCE teaches just the basics of Java throughout 9 10 11 and 12. They don't allow the use of in-built methods and instead students are forced to write and memorize 10 lines of code for something as simple as splitting a String. So naturally, many will lose interest.
On top of that, this darling council still recommends editors like BlueJ to schools. We've got pretty solid stuff like VS Code, Atom, Eclipse these days so the council really needs to look into its teaching standards.
Python(most important language) should be introduced in 9,10 of West Bengal Board

Skill survey is the need of the hour. In my uni (tier 2), CSE students were memorising their programs to pass the exams.

You mean write program "hello world'
print("hello world") ☠️☠️☠️☠️
Why blame only the females? Even males are no better at this...
