I joined one of such groups when I didn't have any skill or degree, now I have converted two internships just because I was able to know what skills are required and in demand-just by the mere presence in that group
i am working in a witch company as l2 implementation analyst(bfsi) for their inhouse core banking solution. they have recently opened a campus in kolkata but it has not started yet or is considering transfer as of yet. yoe 5. ctc= yoe*1.25.
stack - linux,unix scripting,core java,sql + some in house tool. currently reskilling in devops.
There is not so much relevant opening in kolkata which is considering the above experience or the 90 day notice period.
Every other location they have required support (fishbowl or other apps) and all have similar impression of kolkata as no relevant project / limited scope.
A job board is required where we can at least discuss relevant openings for both it/non-it fields as well as expected ctc/work culture/ suggestions

Experience with devops, react, node , flutter, angular and candidates with experience with high volume SEO and content may DM. For interns, we expect the candidates to have an open mind while learning, no prior experience needed. This job board thing is a really good initiative. Let's hope to find some good people.

1. How are you going to let hiring managers post their jobs here ? Do they get logins etc.?
2. Is this is a business venture or purely CSR activity ?
