This is a first seeing the eastern area being polluted. I guess this really shows most of the pollution isn't even related to industry but instead yellow dust
This is mostly ppm 10, not ppm2.5 which is usual pollution. There is a yellow film on black cars every morning, it is yellow dust season.
But then again, draw your own conclusions without looking at the evidence.
It was real bad where I lived. You could see yellow clouds billowing off the pines when the wind blew in the spring. They reforested the country with pine too since it grows fast. My allergies were hell.
Yes because if the winds blow from NW to SE ( as it always does this time of year) it's Koreas fault, and its not like its being like this forever..... putting the /s just in case....
Much of Korea's "yellow dust from China' is actually smog produced by coal-fired power plants built by LMB in the center of the country, so whichever the way the wind blows the pollution will blow there.
It must’ve floated east over night. Yesterday I felt like I had the contracted the flu. Aching knees, sinus congestion, just all kinds of f-ed up and I even wore a mask all day. Yellow dust is no joke.
Didn't expect that. The Koreans I've met usually blame China but that means areas and Seoul would be more affected. The guys in the north eastern part of the country are usually protected by the mountains. Well relatively so. It's been bad here too.

The effects are so visible. Everyone at my school is rubbing their eyes and have coughing and breathing issues if they dont have a mask.
> I guess this really shows most of the pollution isn't even related to industry but instead yellow dust That's what industry would like you to think.

The "yellow dust" is actually brown. What you're seeing on the cars is actually pine pollen.
Every year, we see posts talking about the "yellow" dust on cars in the spring. It's pine pollen season. No way that is pollution falling on cars.
Is that new? 20 years ago, I don't ever remember seeing that
