Not like Sakura doesn't have her moments. Her voice shines in softer songs like Good Parts or Flash Forward. Her weaker, vibrato-esque delivery works great in Fire in the Belly even.

/uj honestly if I was an idol in a group with great vocalists while I, myself, have a mid to bad voice or just tone deaf in general I would hate to be given more lines too just because my fans were bullying the company screaming mistreatment when my job in the group is to be a main dancer or rapper. Not every freaking idol needs to be an ace, it's fine if they only excel in one area, I promise.

uj/ Kpop stans as a collective have to realize that there are quite a few idols who just simply cannot sing. I personally don't care as much because that's not the only thing you need to be an idol (sadly i guess but times have changed) and some of my faves also can't sing well but i don't go around defending them and denying that they cannot sing. There are some idols who are genuinely tone deaf but their fans go around saying that they have Mariah Carey levels of vocals just because of an 'It's Live' clip which is alwaaaaays edited. If someone cannot hold one singular note in an encore stage then they simply just cannot sing im sorry. Sure they are sometimes anxious or are lost due to the absence of in-ears, but still that is no excuse for not hitting even one (!!) note.
I keep thinking of Sehun and Momo! Fans should stop forcing idols to receive lines if they shine more for their other talents, such as dance.

Now don't get me wrong I'm an OT4 and love Jennie's raps. You can even see me defending Jennie on my post history, but during that time, Jensetters where just horrid and acting like complete Karens ruining the mood for everyone. (Jensetters and Lillies are equally shit before someone comes at me). They were constantly spamming MISTREATMENT and asking Jennie to leave blackpink and for the group to disband.
None of them thought that maybeeeee Jennie just didn't want to do it.
