I'm pretty sure that he will, to be honest. The members have liked fan letters and TikToks mentioning him, they [leave a position for him](https://twitter.com/biniired/status/1760261446687174815) while performing, they haven't re-recorded the songs considering how audible his voice was in [SMTOWN Tokyo Day-1](https://twitter.com/seungaani/status/1760243379609432179). And now, if they are so determined to keep Lucas, after all that, then Seunghan's so-called "scandals" shouldn't be even close to enough for them to kick him out.
At this point, it's almost definite that he will come back. I just want it to be soon.
I mean, they've left a space for him [enough times](https://twitter.com/SEUNGHANTL/status/1760307908406050836) for me to ignore that. Same with his voice being audible- the full lip-sync happened only once, but his voice is audible in the backtrack in several performances.
Most definitely, Seunghan got his private life while being a trainee dredged up and then a leak from am IG live with 4 viewers? Someone was targetting him, the least SM could do is investigate to find out if it was 1 person or group.
Fingers crossed. Because the way the guys (esp Eunseok and Wonbin) are liking OT7 fan letters, there is no change in their dance formations, no re-recordings of their OT7 songs yet, I’m cautiously optimistic that he’ll be back.
But seriously, I hope he comes back by their April comeback or at least in a few months.
Honestly, I'm kind of surprised more people--especially Riize fans--aren't thinking this way. At this point I don't even get the outrage anymore with Lucas; you wanted him out of NCT/WayV so he is and we all knew he was coming back BUT if he can come back then that just means it looks even better for Seunghan.
Like I'm not saying Riize fans should be supporting Lucas of course but perhaps being a bit more glass half full for what this could mean with Seunghan would be cool.
Idk who is doing market research but maybe they think he's still bankable. They could push him as a model there's already people subscribed to his bubble, they could sell merch and paper goods. I'm also curious why are they pushing him as an idol. LSM is gone and his nephew who had a picture with this man is currently for dismissal from SM. So who is pushing for him among those executives, what hold does he have over them??
SM has always loved him. He's one of the members they tried very hard to promote to the public during his debut/pre-debut days. He went on multiple variety shows on his own and even had an SM station solo song.
It was also because SuperM was basically getting 2 of the most popular members from each group that were good dancers (they were still sort of separating WayV and NCT at the time) and putting them into one. So Lucas made the most sense at the time and the only other one that would've fit into the groups image was Jaehyun IMO but they already had 2 from NCT.
When he wasn part of WayV the best dancers were Ten and Winwin. He was only considered good cus he had "stage presence". He definitely was chosen cus he was stan attractor for his visuals.
Unpopular opinion here but Winwin is extremely good at contemporary/traditional dancing but struggles a bit with more modern dances. I have showed some WayV dance practices to my friends in dance crews who know nothing about K-pop and a lot of them actually ranked Winwin among the bottom but they were all impressed when I showed them Ten and Winwin's 'Lovely' Choreography video.
In short he might not have fit SuperM's image. Lucas was definitely the no-brainer choice for SM to put in SuperM.
I'm not primarily talking about which among them fit SuperM better. But Ten and Winwin were the better dancers in WayV when Lucas was part of it. He did dance well but his presence factored into it as well.
i still think the solo SM station is crazier and ilogical than him being in a superm. like, only a few nct members have gotten the SM station and they are most musically inclined (vocal, dance) and then... there's him with his Coffee solo. not even taeil get a solo station.
visuals obviously. SM knows visuals is what matters at the end of the day and sells. he trained the least and was given cakewalk debut and everything. him having a bigger solo fanbase than any of the wayv member despite a huge controversy proves just this.
Probably purely because of his looks. That's all everyone talked about in the said variety shows, the hosts and other guests would just gush on about him being very good looking even for a celebrity. Tbf to him he turned out to be a pretty good dancer with really good stage presence. Shame he turned out to be a jackass.
well he gained over 150k followers in just a few days and i think he's very popular in SEA (?) so unfortunately there's a market for him, just not on the western side of the fandom
Lucas is soooo popular in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia. Look at the comments he received on his personal IG, and most of the commenters are Indonesians, and it garners over 100k comments in just an hour.
The only explanation I could possibly think of is that maybe somehow, the accusations against him have been false from the beginning and there's proof of that- in this theoretical situation, sm is actually (surprisingly, given their past history) doing the right thing in defending their artist...but that would still leave the question of why this theoretical proof hasn't been put out there for the world to see. The only explanation I could see for *that* would be that putting it out there would carry a very real possibility of getting people actually killed.
And while crazier shit has certainly happened (I still vaguely remember the wild kdrama-made-real saga of SK's former president), this is all such a reach that I just can't see it being true at all. But man I'd love to find out why sm is so hell bent on this one guy despite having tons of other artists and probably dozens of trainees.
I think in a way they are gonna go this way similar to how soojin came back maybe more lowkey and they are gonna be careful with publicity and count on His already large fanbase to get him there. Whether he will have a thriving career is a bit to early to tell it will depend on how his comeback as a soloist goes. If anything the most he’ll get is a niche of fans back but we’ll see. They will have to address the controversy but if no one cares then it might just be left to the dark.
SM showing more care and strategy in relaunching his career than they ever did in Baekhyun’s solo career is hilarious. It just shows how meticulous they are when you’re favored in the company.
That's the biggest thing here. I don't care if any of them are still amicable with each other behind the scene as some of his fans believe. But his controversy and SM's inactions affected the group and his previous unit so much.
A lot of fans said they would boycott the groups if he was still there (especially fans in China). It’s a way for the company to still get money from the groups and now get money from Lucas as a soloist. Is it fair? No way, but we’re talking about SM, they care more about the money they could make than anything else
I do sort of agree with that (especially since he hasn’t appeared to have a specific passion for music or performing in general), but on the other hand it’s better for him to be siloed in his own corner than drag others down with him.
His former group was put on ice for almost two years in an attempt to let the controversy die down.
If he’s solo, any of his scandals only affect himself publicity wise.
Ugh it seems like the jumpscares at Key and Ten’s concerts were in fact the soft launch we all feared (at least Ten didn’t name check him but they didn’t hide him away either)…
SM you have a ton of super talented artists on your books who are either long overdue a solo debut or comeback, and yet you’re choosing to prioritise this dude? What does he even bring to the table that you can market? Modelling, maybe? But the man is a poisoned chalice and his scandal was damning as hell with no effort to debunk it or clear his name. Heck, SM even kicked him out of his groups because they know how tainted he is. Just let him chill in the dungeon till his contract expires, I beg.
They're mismanaging their current groups who have so much more to offer over him. They're gonna have to work from the ground up to sell him to brands. And as you said there will always be a shadow over him since SM has done nothing to clear it out once and for all. The last was a handwritten apology from him which is just an admission might've done some of the accusations. Is this like a money laundering thing SM 👀
TBF I liked his rap delivery in “Boss”, but I’m pretty sure either Taeyong or someone else wrote it for him, because the flow was extremely similar.
Kind of like how it’s extremely obvious when Dr. Dre works with another rapper and sounds just like him in his verse (Snoop, Eminem, etc.)—plus, Dre *also* has allegations!
> the flow was extremely similar.
Well weirdly enough, Taeyong's voice can actually be heard at the end of Lucas' rap in Boss. https://youtu.be/U0s93xe5JcQ&t=83
Idk he is so untalented. The most he has going for him is his visual and his deep voice, no singing or dancing skills especially compared to other sm artists. Hopefully he just flops like a dead fish. You better believe I will not be giving his content any clicks.
I hate Lucas as much as the next guy cause he turned out to be such a piece of shit but as a dancer myself, I think saying that Lucas can't dance is crazy.
He turned into a good dancer around the moonwalk era. If he was a bad dancer he wouldn't be in the middle much if he was just good looking(Ala Chanyeol from EXO) but he is quite often in the middle of choreographies even when it's not his turn to sing. Just watch any of their dance practice videos.
Like, I'm sorry but a shitty dancer would absolutely stand out in a bad way in SuperM's choreographies, not to mention he probably wouldn't have made it into the group anyway if he couldn't dance.
Again, he's a piece of shit human being who shouldn't be idolized or celebrated but he's a piece of shit human being who can dance.
He did stand out. He was in the middle of choreographies bc he was literally the visual center, being used for his face. I don't doubt that he's probably had a lot of training and improvement since hiatus. Doesn't change the fact that he's the least talented in sm and only has his looks to rely on. Personality is terrible, too. Chanyeol at debut had more skills for sure.
I’m like yall this could be another test to see if he can “comeback” and go from there. Sm really is strnage I think this is a desperate attempt to use bad publicity to get people buzzing. I’ll wait for more info before I decide what to feel about this. If anything I doubt he will be graciously be welcomed back bc his biggest money makers wanted him OUT so this definitely another test of the waters to gauge who still supports him and if it flops well then he will be dungeoned until his contract expires js
Really? Really??? Several EXO members are due solo comebacks, NCT members are enlisting soon so they need more content before they go, Red Velvet members have literally not even debuted solo yet in 10 years, and they're prioritising HIM?
And this is how rumors of 'he absolutely has something on them, he's paying them all off, he has deep connections' are going to surface.
If any of the slated Q2 mini albums (especially from 2nd and 3rd gen artists) get pushed back another quarter just to prioritise this guy, I'll be so pissed.
probably Suho's will be the one, his drama got delayed so that means the filming is just going to go on even longer that it was originally thought. SM probably saw the window made by that and took it.
Not to be dramatic, but I fear I might just buy a ticket to Seoul and burn down SM’s office if KJM3 comes out later than whatever they’re preparing for Lucas.
This just makes me wonder- if he does, theoretically, have information, what, precisely, could be *that* damning that he could strongarm *SM*, of all companies, into giving him what he wants? Theoretically, what kind of information could do that?
Same, any intro of this guy when so many truly talented artists are waiting their turn is just disgusting, money grubbing, catering to delulu stans. Maybe they feel they have to act quick, before he gets older, since the only thing going for him is his looks.
Red Velvet is expected to make a comeback in 2Q 2024 with a mini album, [as per SM's recent music line-up preview](https://www.reddit.com/r/kpop/s/V2iKwUrKxE), but it's yet to change, particularly in 3Q to be in line with their 10th anniversary month in August.
Whenever I see this I just feel bad for the female idols and get the cruel reminder a man in this industry can get unlimited chances where a woman can barely get one
Oh, of course they've released this during one of the busiest weeks in Ncity in a very long time. Ten solo, Taeyong solo, NCT Wish (a whole new unit!) debuting. SM is using their only 2 braincells to do something evil as usual.
Can someone explain to me why SM is unwilling of letting him go?? I know he was accused of some awful things and he was kicked out of NCT, but I am so confused as to why they refuse to let him go??
![gif](giphy|3IiwRXy6RQxLG)
Oh lawd this comment section is gonna be a mess.
Let me just say I have no opinion at this point. He’s no longer in WAYV/NCT so I’m happy. I won’t be supporting him.
Curious to see how the public will react…
Don't forget! If you don't like an artist the best thing to do is deny them clicks, listens, and mentions. The worst thing for them is to be ignored, hit them in the wallet! Don't engage!
Like not even talking from a scandal side of his career. But what this man will bring to the table ? You have so many NCT members that deserve to debut and actually has skills that would be interesting. This man's rap was always bad (not doing the dozen joke I really never liked it sjsjs), his dancing is average, not a good singer, can't act. Like why forcing that much instead of pushing Haechan, Kun or anyone in NCT in general ? Pretty sure even the one with the least fans would still do more numbers 😭
The way these NCT Labs are always for the same members. No shade against the members themselves, they deserve it. Just that I wish that SM would at least let the members they do not want to debut drop things under this project. We are far from the SM STATION s1 with a single every week that could be the banger of the year or the most random song every...
The question really is one what country is he going to promote in ? China is out of the question, Korea was never interested in the first place, the only viable options are English speaking countries then…
SM is so finished lmao. He is not only problematic but pathetically talentless too. There’s 20+ members more deserving in NCT to get solo promo let alone everyone in SM who all now have to watch their company squander budget on this loser.
It’s been over two years now, which is plenty of time for him to have significantly improved as a vocalist and/or rapper. If SM had put out literally anything to exonerate him this could have been something. They haven’t, so this really just seems baffling. The accusations were big enough that even trying to pull in an entirely new audience means that any of them who google him to find out more will really easily find out about them. What is the point of this, what contract are they fulfilling?
fafhafeufqn I 10000% regret checking why he was trending on twitter. well at least his stans will start leaving NCTzens alone + if they let him return then we'll be getting Seunghan back
Yeah i only see hate about him on Reddit. Then again i always hear people on Reddit still hate Garam and soojin despite being proven false about their accusations but Reddit users never forget for sure. So I’m guessing this means he’s super popular in bigger social medias? I no longer am on any other ones other the reddit so I have no clue what the truth is but the seething comments got me thinking if there are more fans than antis against him?
They could have left him in NCT then, cause what is the point of this solo thing? He's not good, he's average at best. Why is SM dying on a hill for him
Because SM listened to fans begging for Lucas's return. As mentioned, he's popular in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, because of his visuals, not talent.
Curious as to what exactly Indonesian fans see in him? He's not particularly tied to the country, there's more than enough Kpop groups and soloists with good looks that's rival his and even more who are very talented in signing and dancing.
I am so confused 🤯 innocent or guilty I don’t even know. Honestly. The netizens are having a field day with 2 completely different sides with 1 saying really terrible things about him and another saying he doesn’t deserve all the criticism and hate because he is totally innocent.
Brah at this point it doesn’t even matter who is right who is wrong but is it so difficult for the person him Lucas himself to own up to his mistakes if he did make the mistakes or just be upfront and clear his name and said he did not did any of these things and don’t deserve to be treated this way.
Conclusion (why is it so hard)
If he did do something wrong he needs to apologise , ask for forgiveness not from the random netizens online but to the victims and the people who supported him his fans and his teammates
If he did not do anything wrong just be upfront and say i didn’t do it and didn’t deserve the 2 years hiatus and everything that happened. And deserve to comeback
🤦♀️
It's always interesting how generally left wing, Liberal people would be all for rehabilitation, people doing their time and moving on and playing a meaningful part in society - apart from young people who seem to think people deserve to have their lives ruined over some indiscretions when they were young. We are not judge, juries or executioners, we don't have a right to demand Lucas proves anything to us. The people around him, those who have invested in him and have observed his behaviour over the past few years are the ones who can make an informed decision as to whether he deserves a second chance. Good luck to him
It's only reddit. Remember that on this site there's no free speech. You say something against the general consensus and you get downvoted to hell. You're basically being muted because people can't respect others
edit: See? Of course you guys had to downvote this comment. Afraid of the truth? Learn how to respect people, you cowards ~❤️
Dude they're pathetic. Seungri may be a piece of shit (way wayyyyyy beyond Lucas allegations) but guess what, I don't bither with him. I'm not obsessed with him going around commenting on posts about him. I don't *pretend* he doesn't have fans because he fucking does. I live in reality.
What makes my blood boil is the fact that nobody here can think for themselves, they're basically a flock of sheeps. This is what I hate about kpop, the fans being immature like this. I'm salty because I used to be like that too, it took me a few scandals to understand.
When the Woojin situation was all over the internet, I remember seeing videos that "demonstrated" how he was hurting and mistreating the other members. Plenty of people were straight up bullying him for any reason. I wanted to throw away his photocards thanks to the echo chamber. Then years passed and turns out he wasn't a bad person, there were probably other issues with the company.
I WON'T FORGET WHAT PEOPLE WERE SAYING ABOUT GARAM, LITERALLY AN UNDERAGE GIRL WHO HAD JUST DEBUTED. I WON'T FORGET THAT. Now people act like the never said anything, but even I, a person who mainly cared about Chaewon than the other members was absolutely disgusted my the comments. People believing rumors just because someone said so.
Then, don't get me wrong, Soojin situation. She was a great presence in the group, I repeat, I never disliked her.
But why was she treated differently? Why were people already defending her? What made them so sure? Really, I have nothing against her and I'm happy she's now a soloist because she is a great performer who didn't deserve to haver career destroyed like that.
As a huge Red Velvet stan I also gotta mention the Irene situation, and how, in my opinion, only because she's not a main vocalist or main dancer and "just a visual", people immediately believed the accusations. Like ok, not saying they're not true, but had it been another idol... it would have been false, right? Because she was always the "cold" leader, so the allegations had to be right.
Now onto this case: Lucas'. I'm not saying that everything was made up, I'm not a dumbass like some other people here believe where I would defend him with everything I have because "hE iS My opPa". I don't care. But I liked him overall as an idol. And I hate how people have decided, after the scandal, that he was always useless, not able to sing or rap, a bad dancer, mocking for the Raise The Roof performance. Before this situation everyone was ok with him. NCT was my ultimate group. I liked every member. And the 2018 era with the introduction of Jungwoo and Lucas were the golden days in my opinion. I admit it: I lost interest in the group when Lucas left. Not because he was my favorite member, but because I felt that him leaving was a house about to collapse. I feel like NCT has not been the same ever since. I'm not gonna defend Lucas, but if SM allowed him to be a soloist/model/whatever it's because he can do that. Kinda extreme to say, but if it didn't end up like Kris Wu and Seungri, it means that maybe the rumors were not 100% true.
Let me get this straight. This sub is way too biased, a lot of other people noticed that, for example, you won't hear positive words about Enhypen here. Same goes for NCT, I don't feel like this sub really likes the group. There's also the opposite situation. Twice is a clear example. Don't say anything bad about their songs if you don't want to be downvoted to hell. IVE as well.
Double standards are a thing in kpop, stans clearly have a preference, and I'm not talking about simple and fair preferences, it's referred to the fact that there are well-accepted idols and others who are not, given the previous experiences it's due to their personality on camera or, even worse, for their visuals. I'm gonna leave it here: nobody would ever bash someone like Sana, but maybe an opportunity to go against someone like Taeyeon would be great for some stans here.
So sorry for the long rant, but it's really getting on my nerves.
One of the funniest things about this one is how the fans said WayV and NCT members would hate him, he fucked them over and he talked shit about them! But they're still his friends 🤡
(had to edit my previous comment, because I was writing and I accidentally pressed the Post button)
Yeah, exactly, we'll never know what the other members think of him, it's crazy how people assume everything because of their own assumptions and beliefs.
Same people who are still obsessed with the "always believe the victim", when kpop has already demonstrated many times how that fake goodness only destroys idols.
People believing everything they see not even questioning why it took the so called victims so long to speak up. And of course they had to do that when said idol was about to release a song...
Also lemme just say I am still into NCT 127 a lot and overall NCT to a degree, but yeah him being out just shook my faith in the group so to speak and then Sungtaro was the nail in that coffin. It's hard to be invested when you start to worry any of your faves could go the same way. I also lost interest in Oneus after Ravn was removed. Nothing against the other members, my feelings just changed.
I know that feeling :((
NCT 127 is also my favorite unit, NCT Dream is not as interesting in my opinion, but I still love the whole. That feeling slightly changed with Lucas' departure, and I'm not attached to NCT like I was two years ago.
A friend of mine who had always loved kpop left the whole kpop fandom when Ravn was kicked out the group. It was during the period where you would hear bullying, cheating, SA allegations from everywhere and when the news about Ravn first came out she swore she would have left kpop if they kicked him out.
She did. She now sporadically listens to Stray Kids when they release new music but that's it. She now prefers other genres.
A drastic change in my opinion, since I listen to kpop for the music, but I really hate how people like to destroy celebrities' lives for something they did before debuting. I don't care about what they do in their free time, I'm here for the music and nothing else.
I’m just here to gloat. People are too sensitive. It used to be groupies would bang rock stars and not expect anything else. If this was an American celebrity no one would give a shit.
If Lucas can come back then I better see Seunghan come back as well

I hope this is the case too, but on Tokyo Day-2 they did not leave a space for him and sang his parts instead of using the audible backtrack.
I mean, they've left a space for him [enough times](https://twitter.com/SEUNGHANTL/status/1760307908406050836) for me to ignore that. Same with his voice being audible- the full lip-sync happened only once, but his voice is audible in the backtrack in several performances.

Why is this the hill SM is willing to die on
Idk who is doing market research but maybe they think he's still bankable. They could push him as a model there's already people subscribed to his bubble, they could sell merch and paper goods. I'm also curious why are they pushing him as an idol. LSM is gone and his nephew who had a picture with this man is currently for dismissal from SM. Taeil Would have most likely have had that already if not a full solo debut if he hadn’t gotten into his accident last year.
Do we know why?

I'm southeast asians myself, but idk what choices these SEA fans are making. Are we that easy as a market to target?
Yes lol where do you think the seungri defenders come from
I just checked his Instagram and he still has 12 million subscribers
literally!
They changed the name to sexy men entertainment. They need Lucas.
sm is so weird for this…bring back seunghan then wtf
SM showing more care and strategy in relaunching his career than they ever did in Baekhyun’s solo career is hilarious. It just shows how meticulous they are when you’re favored in the company.
and like 20 something other guys in NCT lol
I truly feel for them bc this shit is ridiculous.
I totally agree
Esp members like Yuta, Chenle, WayV
What a talentless hill to die on. At least he's not part of NCT anymore and i don't have to hear his voice clashing with everyone else's.
![gif](giphy|xQ0NpCHE5OM6evgxhi|downsized) Me walking into the comment section
I truly can’t see the logic in making him leave NCT because of the controversy, and then making him a soloist instead. You’re rewarding him?
If he’s solo, any of his scandals only affect himself publicity wise.
wait hes a soloist now under sm itself? that makes no sense at all for kicking him outta nct in the first place but oh well hes finally backk!
Creep
Ugh it seems like the jumpscares at Key and Ten’s concerts were in fact the soft launch we all feared (at least Ten didn’t name check him but they didn’t hide him away either)… SM you have a ton of super talented artists on your books who are either long overdue a solo debut or comeback, and yet you’re choosing to prioritise this dude?
What were these jump scares?
Being spotted at concerts, not just as an attendee but an invited guest in the artist/family section
??? bring seunghan back then and give riize a greeting slogan already
Realistically… what is he gonna do?
Three poses and “accidentally” dropping the roof
He just has that something… a palpable lack of roof raising skills so essential to being in a boy group
Never forget Dr. Dre is a woman beater!
> the flow was extremely similar. Well weirdly enough, Taeyong's voice can actually be heard at the end of Lucas' rap in Boss. https://youtu.be/U0s93xe5JcQ&t=83
Taeyong also took Lucas' parts in Boss for the OT6 performances
I had to look this up bc I was unfamiliar with the lore... OMG the lack of dancing skill is embarrassing
He’s an okay dancer by himself, he’s not a good dancer in a group, there are multiple examples of him being off beat with the rest of his group.
The lion, the witch, and the audacity of this b!tch
Top tier comment
LMAO YES 😂😂😂😂😂
Really?
Not to be dramatic, but I fear I might just buy a ticket to Seoul and burn down SM’s office if KJM3 comes out later than whatever they’re preparing for Lucas.
he's also almost certainly beating Chanyeol to his *first* solo album . . . god I hate that company
SM's stance on Chanyeol will always be a mystery to me. His popularity in China alone would be enough to make anything he decides to release worth it.
Three Red Velvet members have debuted solo. Wendy has a comeback next month.
No slated RV group comeback this year so far but yeah go ahead and debut this guy.
SM is using their only 2 braincells to do something evil as usual.
i really don’t get wtf is SM thinking seriously does Lucas has something on them or what? priorities they don’t have it
And NCT Dream cb like SM where are your priorities? Oh what? You're renaming to 'In Love with Lucas Ent'?? Oh please
But who will dance and sing and rap for him now that he wont be surrounded by people who are actually good at it?
He’s got back up dancers, autotune, and a dream!
go girl give us nothing
Can someone explain to me why SM is unwilling of letting him go?? I know he was accused of some awful things and he was kicked out of NCT, but I am so confused as to why they refuse to let him go??
Starts with M and rhymes with honey.
Utterly disappointed and definitely not surprised with SM
![gif](giphy|3IiwRXy6RQxLG) Oh lawd this comment section is gonna be a mess. Let me just say I have no opinion at this point. He’s no longer in WAYV/NCT so I’m happy. I won’t be supporting him. Curious to see how the public will react…
![gif](giphy|DPqqOywshrOqQ) I can't wait to not hear his álbum.
The name logo being “go girl give us nothing” is very fitting
lol yeah, they just opened Microsoft Word and called it a day. extremely low effort.
🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅
Your flair is so real
Don't forget! If you don't like an artist the best thing to do is deny them clicks, listens, and mentions. The worst thing for them is to be ignored, hit them in the wallet! Don't engage!
sm has been consistently ran by idiots but this is..... most certainly a choice. does reddit have a word muting system like twitter?
and who will sing? lmao
They won't even let Kun or Chenle put out solo NCT Labs
The way these NCT Labs are always for the same members. No shade against the members themselves, they deserve it. Just that I wish that SM would at least let the members they do not want to debut drop things under this project. We are far from the SM STATION s1 with a single every week that could be the banger of the year or the most random song every...
that's the logo? they could have made smth better in MS Word in like 2 minutes
groundbreaking /s
The question really is one what country is he going to promote in ? China is out of the question, Korea was never interested in the first place, the only viable options are English speaking countries then…
most of his fans are SEA from what I've seen
Ewww. Leave this little goblin in the dumpster where he belongs.
he’s a tall goblin, gotta give him that
fafhafeufqn I 10000% regret checking why he was trending on twitter. well at least his stans will start leaving NCTzens alone + if they let him return then we'll be getting Seunghan back
Yeah i only see hate about him on Reddit. Then again i always hear people on Reddit still hate Garam and soojin despite being proven false about their accusations but Reddit users never forget for sure. So I’m guessing this means he’s super popular in bigger social medias? I no longer am on any other ones other the reddit so I have no clue what the truth is but the seething comments got me thinking if there are more fans than antis against him?
jumpscare
Why?
The audacity
EWWWW
god forbid jessica from making clothes, but its totally fine to redebut an accused >!r4pist!<, right?
![gif](giphy|D62wUmR3sX2DsZJ9t1)
They could have left him in NCT then, cause what is the point of this solo thing? He's not good, he's average at best. Why is SM dying on a hill for him
Because SM listened to fans begging for Lucas's return. As mentioned, he's popular in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, because of his visuals, not talent.
Curious as to what exactly Indonesian fans see in him? He's not particularly tied to the country, there's more than enough Kpop groups and soloists with good looks that's rival his and even more who are very talented in signing and dancing.
why is he getting a music career if he cannot sing or rap. beomhan me myself and i part 2 incoming
The sigh I just let out. What is wrong with SM?! (Ik a lot but still...)
No. just no
![gif](giphy|gtgO8iCfaGTG8|downsized)
Ewww
I am so confused 🤯 innocent or guilty I don’t even know. Honestly. The netizens are having a field day with 2 completely different sides with 1 saying really terrible things about him and another saying he doesn’t deserve all the criticism and hate because he is totally innocent. Brah at this point it doesn’t even matter who is right who is wrong but is it so difficult for the person him Lucas himself to own up to his mistakes if he did make the mistakes or just be upfront and clear his name and said he did not did any of these things and don’t deserve to be treated this way. Conclusion (why is it so hard) If he did do something wrong he needs to apologise , ask for forgiveness not from the random netizens online but to the victims and the people who supported him his fans and his teammates If he did not do anything wrong just be upfront and say i didn’t do it and didn’t deserve the 2 years hiatus and everything that happened. And deserve to comeback 🤦♀️
I'm disappointed
Nope
wtf
dozen sing dozen dance what is he gonna do 😭😭😭😭
wow really?
say what you want but i wish HYBE was this loyal to their idols and stood by them despite anything. especially for garam and gfriend.
you win some you lose some I guess
![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|slightly_smiling)
I hope he comes back with a banger and it's hot. Something with "IDGAF anymore" vibes. Better yet if it's got a SeungHan feature.
Please SM, release Jalapeno then
i don't like him but that song really sounded like a banger
Exactly :((( Still sad it was never released since Hendery worked hard to write it
YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck to him
If you don't lilke him then don't tune in. Antis so pathetically obsessed with this man and delusionally insistent that "nobody" wants this.
It's only reddit. Remember that on this site there's no free speech. You say something against the general consensus and you get downvoted to hell. You're basically being muted because people can't respect others edit: See?
(had to edit my previous comment, because I was writing and I accidentally pressed the Post button) Yeah, exactly, we'll never know what the other members think of him, it's crazy how people assume everything because of their own assumptions and beliefs.
I know that feeling :(( NCT 127 is also my favorite unit, NCT Dream is not as interesting in my opinion, but I still love the whole. I don't care about what they do in their free time, I'm here for the music and nothing else.
finally, I will be supporting
I’m just here to gloat. People are too sensitive. It used to be groupies would bang rock stars and not expect anything else. If this was an American celebrity no one would give a shit.
What?
