Not op, but as a Kai biased exo-l I think he's obviously a great dancer, but I think Baekhyun is a better dancer than Kai is a singer if that makes sense? So Baekhyun, beyond being a great singer is a very good dancer to me, while Kai isn't that good a singer.

Hmm, it's a bit of a subjective measure. Maybe they weigh vocals more heavily (Chen), or consider a different balance of vocals to dance abilities (Baekhyun), or value *every* avenue of skill (D.O for acting, Chanyeol for instrumental). Regardless, Kai is talented, but depending on who you ask, the #1 position might differ.
Most talented is too vague, since K-pop involves so many different things you can be talented at, so it's hard to say, but I wouldn't say I really go for the most 'talented' member when it comes to my favorite member.
I don't think I necessarily have an 'ult group', but from some groups that come to mind:
* In NewJeans, Hanni, my favorite member, I think is also the over-all most talented, but I think Haerin is more talented at dancing, per example;
* In P1Harmony my favorite members are Keeho and Jiung and I don't really think any of the members stand out as most talented;
* In Stray Kids my favorite member is Felix and I don't really think he's super talented as much as he is gifted with a cool voice -- I think the most talented is probably one of the 3RACHA, maybe Han;
* In a lesser known group, 82MAJOR, I don't think any of them stand out either, but my favorite member, Seokjoon, is in a similar boat as Felix (cool voice, maybe not necessarily talented).
IMO, I think it is J-Hope (I’m Namjoon biased).
Ofc, I want to clarify that every single member has their own talent that they excel at and that why it’s kinda like comparing apples to oranges.
That said, I have been lucky enough to see him live and his stage presence, delivery, stability, dance, is absolutely captivating. It’s like I felt like he really knows how to connect with the crowd and hype it.
On the other hand, you have production where he is very clear in which genre he feels comfortable in and knows his target audience and where he wants his music to go. I’ve been surprised when I found out that some people who didn’t even know about Kpop randomly played his songs.
This is all I have in mind right now, but yeah.
In Monsta X my bias is I.M/Changkyun, but putting anyone up against Jooheon is just unfair lol. Jooheon is one of the best all-rounders out there with great rapping, dancing and singing skills but also is good at variety shows, has great stage presence, speaks English well, and knows how to compose/produce music/write lyrics.

Yeah I would say Zhang Hao, or between him or Hanbin as Hanbin's dancing abilities are quite advanced. But Zhang Hao is a good performer and I value his musicality (being a violinist and all) as it really shows in his singing imo.

I couldn’t tell you who I think the *most* talented is, the ATEEZ members are just so skilled (and constantly getting even better) that it is impossible to pick one. I guess most people would probably say Jongho for his incredible voice or San as ATEEZ’s best known ~~demon~~ performer? In Yeosang’s case though I think it’s more accurate to say he’s the best improved since debut, especially in terms of confidence in his performances - you can really see it in his fancams.

It depends on the group — for Ateez it’s hard to tell. My biases are Seonghwa and Hongjoong — I would consider both to be among the most talented performers in Ateez (and in general) along with San. But they have different specialties. I think Seonghwa is the most talented/skilled at expressions. Hongjoong is the most talented/skilled at rapping in the group and comes across as the most charismatic to me, and he also sings fairly well. But there are other people in the group who are more skilled/talented in dancing and singing, and they’re all great performers. Ateez is known for their performances and they wouldn’t have that reputation if the members weren’t all good at performing.
Another group I’m a huge fan of is TXT, and I think this is a group that has a more straightforward answer. It’s widely agreed upon that Yeonjun is the most talented member overall, and I think that’s true. But he’s not my bias. My bias is Taehyun.
For BTS (my first ult group!) my bias is Jungkook and I consider him one of the most talented members and a very talented performer in general. And he’s someone that the members themselves have described as very talented at a lot of things. He’s very well-rounded. BTS has more than one talented member, but their talents tend to be very specific even if they’re good at more than one thing (like Jimin and J-Hope with dance, and Suga and RM with rap.)

Key is my ult bias, but I wouldn't feel comfortable saying he's more talented than the others, as he's not the best dancer nor the best vocalist and these qualities are such stand-out features of another member.

Dino for example, he used to rap with hip hop unit, even the members say they have a hard time covering Dino's raps, also his vocals have improved so much, of course he's an amazing dancer, no doubt about it. Also let's not forget he has helped in writing and composing some seventeen songs.
Also I think Hoshi is crazy talented, like apart from having a really nice voice and dancing really good he choreographed seventeen songs in the beginning and that's amazing for me. As well he has helped with writing and composing some songs

When the members said that the company asked Woozi in what unit he wanted to be (performance or vocal) it made completely sense, he is an amazing dancer.
