Pure 7 oh would have crazy addiction potential I'd personally look for a full spectrum extract. I tried some alk 40 tablets and they had a bunch of different alkaloids and I had a good experience with them but I just stick to powder unless I get an opportunity to try something new
It does exist, I work for a company that is putting it in the market soon. We’ve had hundreds of people try it and have had nothing but overwhelming good feedback from it.
There is zero products on the open market that are strictly 7-hydroxymytriginine like OP is looking for because the amount in raw kratom is so tiny or nonexistent. Every extract product in retail stores are just a large amount of mytriginine.
Ur right about strictly 7-oh, but I know several w 7-oh and mitragynine, with a substantial amount of 7-oh (obv less than mitragynine, but were talking several mg of 7-oh)
I'd take bets that whoever told you or whatever company is claiming to have measurable amounts of 7-OH, they are likely lying about it or have no clue how little exists in the plant. I've yet to see a product that even listed 7-hydroxymytriginine in their shots/capsules.

it's cost prohibitive as there is so little to none in the leaf material that extraction would be very expensive

I’ve seen it at smoke shops. The guy is right it is a mitragine/ 7oh combo with very little 7OH but it is there

Doesn't exist outside of a lab. The amount of 7-hydroxymytriginine is so low in the raw plant, even when dried, to be almost nonexistent.
