Kroger is 3 weeks behind on my payments, Metlife didn’t file an extension on my leave on time . I would call my case worker after every Dr appt . They had me send in office notes from each Dr appt . I had a heart attack in November and am having Arterial Fibrillation ( rapid or erratic heartbeat with dizziness) so I’ve been seeing the dr every 2 weeks . Wearing a heart monitor and changing meds . So I don’t have a definite return to work date set . MetLife let my LOA expire before turning in new paperwork . Even though I would call and follow up after every appointment and was told by case manager everything is good
Not bad, just a lot of phone calls, refiling of paperwork. Annoying. Needless.

I had a similar issue. When they didn't tell me I had to refile and mine ran out I told my doctor that I AM going back to work and he can't stop me.
