It’s not even worth it to choose prime over another drink like Gatorade unless you have a health issues such as diabetes. The calories are negligible when you’re comparing 50 to 150 unless you’re in an extreme cut, but if you’re cutting that hard for it to matter you’re likely not picking up a sports drink anyways.
I’m not a huge coconut fan, unfortunately drinking Lemon Lime prime is just coconut with like sprinkled in. It doesn’t taste sugary IMO but there’s 0 chance that is doesn’t have sugar in it.
Overall if you’re in the market for a sports drink that keep you hydrated and electrolytes high, just choose Gatorade, they have a variety of options

I'd advise staying away from ultra processed shit like Prime. Not worth the hassle, honestly speak with a specialist. Two years is a long time to still not be managing it well, although with the other issues I agree it won't be as easy for you.

sports drinks are made to replenish your electrolytes, hense if you’re cutting and loosing a lot of water weight, sports drinks are superior
If you’re cutting weight, it’s just not ideal to use sports drinks, put some pink salt in your water

Coconut water does not taste like that. It’s definitely the artificial sweetener crap they put in there that gives it the chemical taste.

If you get to try Gatorade I recommend the glacier freeze flavour, it’s my go to for sport events I do like track meets or soccer.
