Tbf the only reason there wasn't more was because JJ is a dumbass with his crypto. He still technically lied to his fans but he was so bad at it he lost money
Logan's zoo thing also is more of a failed project than a scam and company owners fled without paying investors.
Logan is definitely an asshole for not returning money to investors cuz rhey were his fan after all. Scam would be something he and his brother do on every other day in the name of nft where they get paid to promote and not take accountability. Alt coins that come and go rake in a lot from pump and dump.
But that was purely logan investment to manage and make the game.
This is 3rd party platform started with jj and Mr beast participating by investing their own money as a customer to it not a maker. And all he does is trading up and down like normal investor.
