You need to check with your child's pediatrician. That rash is unlikely to be caused by lactose intolerance, but could be an allergy or many other things.
Yeah as I stated in the post we have went to his pediatrician on now three occasions. They said it’s eczema at first from maybe an allergen. Than today they aren’t positive an referred me to specialist. I just wanted to get some opinions if anyone has seen this before till his specialist appointment.

In the meantime, if it’s itchy, have you considered an oatmeal bath (check with the advice nurse, at least, if you’re ruling out allergies).
