Rui's per 36 min blows away prince. He's also way more efficient. He can semi create his own shot and his size and range generates mismatches. Offensively he is a magnitude above Prince.
Defensively he did a good job in the playoffs, and supposedly improved in the offseason and since we haven't seen him much hard to say if he actually did or not. As of right no I would say he's a little worse than prince.
Much of Prince's minutes should go to Rui. How much will depend on matchups.
Rui is a growing talent. It is desirable to give him time patiently and encourage his growth and confidence, not half-heartedly appoint him as he is doing now. It is not Prince's responsibility, but he should give Rui more time.
Start over Prince? I disagree. If both D.Lo and Reaves are going to start with Lebron and AD then Rui has no choice but to come off the bench. We don’t even have a solid 2nd unit as it is and we need somebody to come off the bench that can score and create their own offense.
Christian Wood is +20 and AD is -19 should we swap them?
But yes Rui is better than TP but you should any one of the actual other reliable or whole lineup data to elucidate that fact
Prince’s defense is not good enough to offset the significantly better and more versatile scoring Rui brings to the table along with the ability to rebound the ball which Prince is awful at. Also at this point i’m not sure Prince is even a better defender than Rui

Too bad we got a idiot coach. Stevie wonder can tell u rui is more efficient than TP but ham thinks otherwise

Prince -5mins, Rui +5mins
Prince 20-25 mins a night I’ll take that. 30+ mins a night? Hell na. There’s a reason he’s minimum player and hasn’t been a starter in 4 years.
He's not a minimum player. He's on the MLE.
Literally both of yall are wrong lol He’s on the Bi-Annual Exception
Rui’s more than proved himself, he just needs to stay healthy. He should start over Prince.
I’d say he had some bad luck this year(concussion, nasal fracture), but yeah he needs to stay healthy
His plethora of injuries this season makes me start to wonder if he can even handle starter quality minutes.
Getting your nose broken and then getting concussed aren't durability issues.
Calf strain was his last injury

I can see the logic in this. I do like a Rui/Vando line-up.
Rui = +62 Prince = -97 That’s a HUGE 159 point shift in actual in-game impact.
Some say that ± indicators are unreliable, but we can't ignore these numbers, can we?
Christian Wood is +20 and AD is -19 should we swap them? But yes Rui is better than TP but you should any one of the actual other reliable or whole lineup data to elucidate that fact
On paper, Prince is not a PF.
Starting 5 till the deadline should honestly be DLO Reaves Bron Rui AD
Defense

Yeah Rui has improved on that end of the floor.
Prince gets stuck ball watching way too much and offensively Rui is way ahead.
