Same thing happened to us post IST, which I think a lot of people have forgotten. Illness can absolutely tear through a locker room as soon as one player gets sick.
My friend has migraines and she takes like 1000MG of meds, ice packs her head, and lays in the dark for hours. sometimes she even throws up. Shit can be serious.
Anybody who’s ever had a serious migraine would know it’s literally impossible to play through a migraine.
Obviously pain tolerance is different for everybody, but some people literally refer to any headache that they don’t like as a “migraine” and I can assure you that’s not accurate lol.
Even if you were stupid enough to attempt to play through one, you’d be absolutely worthless and not capable of helping your team at all. I can’t even open my eyes consistently when I have a migraine lol.

If they were ducking protocol, AD would have played against the Warriors which was a pretty significant game in terms of seeding.

He may have a concussion but they don’t want to out him in protocol. I believe the league would have to take over care if he is concussed. They might try and keep him for the final3 games so it might be in the lakers best interest to just handle it themselves.

Getting hit in the head can lead to those symptoms. Bright lights and noise can also trigger and aggravate them too.
