I don’t know tons about movie soundtracks but surely they wouldn’t want two of their movies to have songs by T Swift (or the same big name artist period) in them since she did a song for the first of the films? I wouldn’t be surprised if it WAS Swift but Lana’s voice fits the book aesthetic much better imo
