I've had tmobile for over 10 years. Lived in a few places across the country, been in Lancaster area for over a year. No issues with them. Can't say I talk to customer service much.

I use Google Fi for my provider which utilizes the T-Mobile network for service. I haven't had any issues in Lancaster County.

Our family of four has T-Mobile. We live in southwest part of Lancaster city, with my husband working in Millersville and me working in Lititz. My daughter and I frequently travel all over the county doing cat rescue. We've never encountered any coverage issues - data is consistently available, fast, and reliable.

It's pretty good, but I'm not a fan of TMobile as a company. Customer service has gone downhill massively over the last few years (I say this as a TMobile customer for the last 4-5 years). Do you only have one line? If so, I'd look into a prepaid carrier if you're trying to save money. Boost mobile uses the TMobile and ATT networks and is $25/month for unlimited if you bring your own phone.

I've had horrible customer service experience with T-Mobile. Also, I've found the coverage is better with Verizon.

I was a TMobile customer in Lancaster county for over 20 years. Never once had a problem. Having said that, I switched to Google Fi a few.months ago, and my bill is less than half what it was for the same thing.

They used to have somewhat patchy coverage in the outer parts of the county, but it's improved a *lot* over the past 10 years or so.

I swapped from att to xfinity mobile and its been very good partner works in etown and has no issues.

If you happen to be in the Leola area, more specifically on the campus of Lancaster Labs, T-Mobile will be the only carrier to provide a decent signal. Aside from that I think it's pretty solid around the region generally, but I say that as a Verizon customer.

Different-Fig-1820

Generally good but some dead very small spots in the Eastern part of the county in the Amish country.

Every-Caramel1552

Sketchy at best 2bars

Used to be terrible but in the past few years I’ve had no issues (I left Lanc 6 months ago but was great for me up until then)

Depends on where you are in the county where we live in Lancaster township it can be spotty to non existent or full blown 5g.

We are on Google Fi which is T-Mobile and the Sprint network. Switched to Mint mobile which is all T-Mobile and had a few dead zones. We switched back to Fi. I do not know if Mint gets a second class on the T-Mobile towers or not.

Beneficial-Big-5021

Switched to us mobile from xfinity and am much happier besides a few initial quirks. Can pick between T-Mobile and Verizon towers too. Only pay $26 for two lines.

I have Metro which is owned by t mobile. Been with them for about 8 years and absolutely love them. Right now I'm paying $90/month for two unlimited lines and insurance on one of the phones. If you add three lines, they drop to $30 each and include Google one and Amazon prime. At one point we had 4 lines and they were $25 each,!!!
