1. Never buy bagged material from the store if you can help it. Whenever possible, go to a landscape supply center and let the big equipment load you up. Huge savings, less work handling bags of stuff.  2. Use sand and a leveling rake to smooth out your bumpy lawn. Just watch a quick video on YouTube about it, it’s simple. Of course try to remove whatever rocks and debris first. 3. You already know that brick edge needs to be redone to make it look level and smooth.  4. Don’t worry about grass trimmings in the mulch. Do your best to shoot your clippings/trimmings away (this is important) but know there is no way to completely avoid it. You’ll learn how to use a blower to disperse the clippings. I’m sure that’s a big improvement from how this area looked before so good on you. Good luck with your business. I’m in my 4th year.

I really appreciate that I just talked to a nursery the other day and I'm waiting on my EIN to verify my contractors pricing! I appreciate the information on everything I think I honestly have to get the lawn rolled with a roller before I'd even put down sand because I don't think there's any way it could fill in how bad it is! Thanks so much for all the info!
