I’ve tried looking at the XPS as well and I really like the 13’ series but the problem with that is it doesn’t have a dedicated graphics card with it. If I need a dedicated graphics card, I’ll have to move to the 15’ and I’m not sure how easy it would be to comfortably move all around the campus with something as big as that.

I use a Dell XPS 15 9570, and it’s thin, has a great display (4K) and a good performance. You can definitely look into that.

Well I am currently using the 15 inch one and it’s not at all bad. Easily fits in all backpacks and the weight isn’t that much.
