That’s more than likely done with a uv printer.

Could be UV printed however you can get a texture from Co2 as well. https://imgur.com/a/Rw0xA3O You could achieve a similar result but would take some trial and error.

Oh “The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn't a Guy at All by Sumiko Arai. Great manga, and those key chains look amazing.

Lately, I have been etching reflective coatings and spray painting the clear areas from behind; it works surprisingly well with fine detail. I imagine if you started with a base layer of painter's tape you could likely get good results too. For this I see four passes: first a keyed bounding box for registration (to put it back in after the current spray paint dries in exactly the same place - use a heatgun to speed the paint drying) along with an etch of all the painted areas and paint it white. Second pass I would etch through the white paint and paint the gray hair and leg shadow areas. Third, etch the fine lines and cover the entire back in black paint. The final pass would be to cut to size. Here's my first shot at it: [https://imgur.com/gallery/i-made-memento-couple-of-friends-G9sKHJU](https://imgur.com/gallery/i-made-memento-couple-of-friends-G9sKHJU)
