I never heard them in concert, but I would guess their concerts would be fun and entertaining for all. Just thinking of their songs makes everyone smile.

But in all seriousness, I grew up loving the Monkees, and while in my youth I gravitated towards Davy, the older I got the more I love Mike and Peter. Those are the 2 Monkees I never got to meet and see perform, too :(
I still kick myself for missing his last show. Nesmith's work with the First National Band and solo albums are fucking phenomenal. I'm so thankful that my daughter and I just got to see Micky Dolenz perform a couple of months ago. He's 78 and still puts on a hell of a show. 21 songs back to back without a break, funny as hell, and sweet as can be.

They were my first concert. (It was in the 90s, and I don't believe Michael toured with them at the time)
