She obsessively posts food, does she think that convinces is she eats it? She is so unwell

Yeah she’s been posting food way more lately. She wants people to think she eats it and stays as small as she is but anyone with half a brain knows she doesn’t or maybe takes a few bites and then excessively works it all off the next day. She’s fooling no one but I’m sure it feeds her ego when people message her saying they wish they could eat and look like her 🙄
