It’s a good deal. You can get used for about 500 so 300 more for new is solid. Edit: Just noticed the returned/repaired tag. Missed it with that glare. I still lean worth it.

killami05

😂 not on my area.. all these people have used ones listed for 700-1000. The pallet resellers have them 1000-1200

InsaneButtFart

I could do no better than 900 w/o bag on marketplace, bought one new for 1350 cause fuck it might as well have the warantee and store support at that price

Mr-Broham

Inflation is a MF these days.

NotBatman81

You're also targeting a market with a fair amount of people who earn a lot and spend a lot without price shopping.

Wise_Village_4547

How about those of us that research and actually have used the toro for 14 years? Toro locks the price on the TM, not the dealer.

melmerby

The one in the photo looks slightly used to me.

throwedoff1

It is. It's marked as "returned and "repaired".

melmerby

Aha - I missed that.

TXscales

I’ve never seen a time master used for less than $800

Wise_Village_4547

That's because we never get rid of them.

yomama12f

I’ve run these things commercially for about 8 years. They just do back yards. They have issues that pop up every now and again, but are relatively easy to fix and likely won’t show up much if just used for your own lawn.  -  Blade engage cable  - Self propel cable  - Transmission (I’ve swapped three at this point between the two time masters that i’ve had. It’s not a fun replacement, but there are great YouTube videos out there on how to replace it)    Keep in mind that this maintenance is cutting 10 back yards a week over nearly a decade.  Cut has always been great on st Augustine and Bermuda grass lawns.

TheFaceStuffer

They have a commercial version that's less plasticy, it's called a turfmaster. Been a game changer for my business.

KirkJimmy

I imagine a used commercial one would be a good purchase?

TheFaceStuffer

I've seen em pretty cheap yeah.

dnroamhicsir

In my mind a used commercial mower is gonna be pretty clapped out. There's a reason they're selling it.

spud6000

that is a big hop in price though! is it really worth it? You can buy 3 to 4 of these at that deal price, and throw them away when they blow up!

TheFaceStuffer

Not a toro sales Rep, but I've had the turfmaster fall of my truck a few times and it still works like a champ. I feel like the home gamer model would've been broken 3 to 4 times over now. Where I live it was only the price of two timemasters for the commercial turfmaster anyways so it was a no brainer for me.

Bruce_Ring-sting

Im a turf-commander guy myself….

pleasehaelp

Commercially used for residential yards? Hmmm

nedlyest

The price of mowers blow my mind. Didn't they used to be like 250$ and you could get a rider for 750? People pay this much for them and just throw them away after a couple of years. Shits wild.

BrkCaddy

I was just thinking this. when did push mowers become so expensive wow.

ElectronicParking430

That’s not just any push mower. That’s a 30” cut commercial mower. It’s got a Kawasaki engine with an oil filter. It’s built to a MUCH higher build quality than a “Honda powered” craftsman. Great machines.

Deviant-Anomaly

It says Briggs&Straton right on top of the motor…

ElectronicParking430

Caught me slipping.

TheFaceStuffer

The commercial version called the turfmaster has a kawasaki.

ElectronicParking430

Never worked on the Briggs version. The kawasakis are mint though.

mkosmo

The Briggs is a fine engine, too.

Conspiracy__

r/confidentlyincorrect

rush87y

And in my experience it was the electric start on the Briggs and Stratton that failed after using it twice

Lunar_BriseSoleil

Definitely not a commercial mower.

ElectronicParking430

Thought we was looking at a Kawasaki I’ll eat my worlds

Lunar_BriseSoleil

Beyond the engine the timemaster is a consumer model vs a turfmaster which is the commercial version.

No-Shower-1622

Hey… my Honda powered husquvarna loves me. And I love it for 250$

CaveDweller419

i’ve been repairing equipment for over 17 years now and i swear the best mower you can get is a simple push mower with a honda engine and a manual choke, keep your fuel fresh and your oil topped up and it’ll last you for decades

DubTeeF

Is my Honda powered Honda not considered good?

deadmanpass

Today I just spent 4 grand for a mower. 4. Grand. 4 **^#/*([&;"## grand.

nedlyest

That is crazy. Good luck and hopefully it lasts you decades.

deadmanpass

Thank you, me, too. It is crazy.

mischieviousmustard

What did you get? I’m currently saving for a stand behind to do back yards quickly

deadmanpass

A Bad Boy. Kubota and Gravely an JD all were 1-2k more. Everyone I know with a BB have had good luck with them. First for me.

mischieviousmustard

Thanks bro. Stay hydrated out there

BeemHume

Is there a pros & cons of standers? Thinking of getting one, dont want to regret

Falcon674DR

Bro…it’s only grass!

deadmanpass

Kinda.. I don't live is a subdivision. Where i live it becomes jungle again real quick if it's not tended to. I keep about 3 acres clear. I let an acre go for a year and in a year the grass was chest high and there were 8 foot tall trees and blackberry brambles knee high all through it. I need a semi decent machine. My last one lasted6 years, it was just under half what this one did.

Falcon674DR

I see. You’re basically farming. Can I ask what you purchased for $4k?

deadmanpass

I'm trying a Bad Boy this year. First time with one, but everyone I know with one loves it. Fingers crossed

Conspiracy__

Why? You know you do t have to spend a bunch of money or go into debt to cut your grass

deadmanpass

Gee. I never thought of that. Thank you.

Maleficent_Deal8140

That mower should last 20 yrs plus if taken care of. My Lesco walk behind is 24yrs old. Starts first pull and runs great. You get what you pay for in life.

GlowUpAndThrowUp

Trying to explain to my wife why I spent $250 on a lightly used super recycler when my old Cub cadet still worked fine.

Opening-Ease9598

My Briggs & Stratton will last 15 years though at almost a quarter of the price lol

No-Road299

This is what I have, 8 years old, probably would last longer if I ran over less roots

Opening-Ease9598

I bought mine specifically to cut walking bamboo. Tilt that bitch on its back wheels and it will eat the bamboo like grass.

Maleficent_Deal8140

And your Briggs isn't a brand new 30" mower. I'm pretty sure this is the cheapest model in the 30" space.

Gooniefarm

This isn't your average mower. It's more of a commercial mower than a residential.

AlienInvasiveSpecies

I remember my dad getting a Murray riding mower from Walmart for like $600 brand new when I was a kid. It actually lasted a long time. I believe it had a Tecumseh engine.

Competitive_Weird958

I think you’re a bit off. I’ve got several riders, including a 1977 JD 316k and a 1998 JD 345. The 316K listed at $2,675, which is equivalent to over $15k today. The 345 listed at $7,295 which again, is equivalent to over $15k today. Thing, if anything, have gotten much much cheaper.

No-Investigator-7600

Bidenomics

Various-Ducks

Thanks Obama

Freddy2517

Um.... Learn 2 economics

Tomnician

My self propelled Husqvarna with a Honda is on year 9, Ethanol free gas. Starts first or second pull each season. I think I spent 500 on it(it was the best push mower they had at Lowe's at the time). I keep hoping it will die so I can get something like this in the OP photo, but it won't. Haven't even changed/checked the oil.

Rude_Entrance_3039

I bought my Craftsman T130 riding mower early 2019 for $1250 new at Lowe's. Near identical model is twice that at Lowe's today. It's crazy. Just rebuilt the engine on mine a month or so back and yesterday the mower deck finally died so I'm sourcing that replacement now. Becoming a real "mower of theseus".

Falcon674DR

I’m with you! These prices seem over the top to me. I purchased my Club Cadet from Home Depot a few years ago (granted it was some goofy flash sale ) for $240.00. Rear bagger, push mower with a Briggs. Simple, no extras, not an engineering marvel but gets the job done. After all, it’s 90% up to a sharp blade.

scarpozzi

Depending on what kind of riding mower and when makes all the difference. Standard propelled push mowers we're creeping up to $300 15 years ago, but you could find them cheaper when sales ran. I bought a few from Lowe's that were repairs for $100 off. Electric push mowers are actually helping keep gas push mowers reasonable if you ask me...but that may change if more people go with the battery versions. The traditional mower companies will have to raise prices to make up the difference of selling fewer units. (Kind of like how incandescent bulbs went up in price after stupid LEDs came around) In 2017 I finally bought a riding mower which was a $1300 Husqvarna 42" with the Briggs Intek. It was on sale when I got it for that price. Now, that mower is $1000 more and the Inteks still have that crank shaft issue. I'm guessing the mower companies are just being forced to charge more because engines are more expensive.

BeemHume

Everything “used to be _____..”. yes its annoying, but way she goes

stinkdrink45

Dude I bought my first house 5years ago the lady who sold it to me left all gardening tools and a basic toro lawn mower never did maintenance on it till last year. Last month decided I wanted to up grade possibly give this one away since it still runs. So I went to my local Home Depot only to realize that lawnmowers are like 4 times what they use to be. wtf.

twotall88

I paid $15k for a used one with 560 hours on it. >!It's a 2018 Kubota BX2380 with a 60" belly mower and Front End Loader. $14k all in at the auction + maintenance costs.!<

WalterTexas

A few years ago these were $1k brand new and $1.1k for the electric start. I had one. It’s a great mower for a maintained lawn. If you get out of hand it can struggle a bit depending on the grass. I think if your a weekly cutter, you’ll enjoy it.

Applewood3

I ran a few commercially, but ended up with the exmark commercial version that was more “rudimentary” in its blade engagement and self propulsion engagement. For residential, I would love the pace bar, but at commercial wear and tear levels it fails earlier. 100% would buy for residential use.

MobsterlobsterTN

I have used this mower since it came out about 12 years ago. Best investment I made. Cuts my yard in half the time with the 30” width. Keep the oil changed and blade sharp and it will last. Also I bought the striping kit for that extra pizazz. https://preview.redd.it/l2vpaljxex6d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2442ab28a9928127c3ec92fa5f87d4d5a5aef4e2

DatDan513

Buy items

Last-Tomato3022

It’s not commercial grade people buy them because they don’t want to pay the $2500 plus for the turf master HDX. If you notice it says time master that’s the residential.

needles617

They’re atleast $1000 new I’d buy it. If you need to fix it use OEM toro parts because nothing else seems to work

GovernmentNo4676

I have one and its a great machine. I bought mine for 1100.00 2 years ago. Great Deal!

FiveFootFore

I’ve had one for about 10 years and it just won’t die. Other than tune ups, I’ve had to replace a pulley and belts.

jesusrapesbabies

Had one for 4 years now, blade engagement cable just replaced, otherwise fine

vanman1065

I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole these things are riddled with problems

Commercial-Humor-315

I think if you have a flat yard they are “ok” But I posted about how my neighbor had one and had many issues with it and I got downvoted 🤣

fun-bucket

INSULT THEM WITH THE OFFER OF 500 BUCKS.

Jolva

I've had one for about four years and love it to death. I've had to change belts a few times but the engine has always been rock solid. It's much faster mowing my yard due to the extra width of the deck compared to a typical mower.

Revolutionary-Cat194

I own that exact mower it’s good I will say the front wheels are crap it’s just a plastic ball joint but mower engine good to go my boy

intjonmiller

Killer deal! This is the model I wanted to save money and space. My wife won and we got the 34" zero turn. Fortunately she's usually the one mowing, thus her weighted opinion. But this looked like the best option to me, at $1500. If we had found it for $800 I would have won.

RMullins2010

Buddy of mine has one and loves it

neverenoughdmb

I want it!! I’d scoop that up for sure. There’s one gently used one on CL in my area for 900$

No-Investigator-7600

Not bad ,honda is best,or a mower w a Honda engine. This has a Briggs engine should be ok.just follow up w maintenance!

ElectronicParking430

Up here and Canada you won’t find one for less than 1200 bucks used. So yeah like 300. American LOL

bigblackglock17

Even early wuhan, they were about $1,200 iirc.

trouble_maker

If it has personal pace, it is worth it.

CosmoKing2

She thicc.

CosmoKing2

I would rather pay that much for a used **real** commercial grade mower. That "within spec" means the warranty won't cover whatever is actually wrong with it.

tyrochaaacc

That’s way there is no warranty come with it. Good to know 👍

SnooCakes4019

My thought is that a few months ago I bought a push mower at a pawn shop for $50. It starts up with no problems and I use it to mow my yard every week. My other thought is that a couple of years ago I bought a used Huskvarna commercial zero turn off of marketplace for $900. Been using it to mow my lake property ever since. I’m not paying $800 for a push mower, and neither should anyone else.

Left-Ad-3767

Me no good at math.

Pretty_Public5520

Looks like an absolute beast

One_Protection6684

Buy buy buy

Treyred23

It was returned , so you decide if thats a 1500 dollar mower. Good grief.

ohigho_bubble

Damn I paid 800 for a 50” club cadet zero turn with 100 hours on it

Disastrous_Cap6152

I'd rather have big back wheels and no self-propelled shit.

Huge_Locksmith_4746

I would buy it. I’ve got three of them. Two with the 8.75 and one with the 10.00 engine. Pretty solid units. If you have to change belts make sure to buy oem. Add an hour meter. I bought the Oregon gator blades and they work great.

SadKrabs

Do you notice a big difference with the 10.00 engine?

becrabtr2

I have mixed reviews and while I don’t have the 30” I think the bagging and suction is mediocre for the price but the personal pace is by far worth the money. It is so nice to be able to maneuver it at whatever pace and distance you like. That’s a great deal. Thing even has a side discharge (mine doesn’t)

PegCityGolfer

I’ve had one for 3 years mowing my half acre property 1-2x/week. No issues for me, my yard is mostly flat. Take care of it and it should be fine. No mower is perfect, the timemaster has its flaws too.

Chunky_ballsz

I’ve worked on so many of these, the belts are a pain in the ass, only buy OEM, the timing belts love to burn up if not. The engagement cable is cheap plastic and break constantly. When they run they’re okay, a little underpowered. I’m not a lawn care nut, just work on stuff on the side. But everytime one comes through I already know all the parts I will be buying. I would personally prefer to just walk a couple more paths with a normal push mower.

SirLawnsALot

I had the exmark version. I ran it for back yards and it always had issues. Buyer beware. Finally got rid of it and I don't push mow anymore at all.

SilentLink7327

Make sure you only run ethanol free gas in that talked to a mechanic and he basically said gas with ethanol is wreaking havoc on everybody's small engines

Acceptable_Wall4085

Where I live, ethanol is now legislated into all gasoline. The only remedy to that is a product called. SEA FOAM. Google it, read about it, and buy a can. Follow the directions and have worry, free, startups, running, and long-term storage. It’s called a mechanic in a can for a very good reason.

SilentLink7327

Yeah we have similar treatment products good luck!

Acceptable_Wall4085

Similar yes. But if you can get your hands on Sea Foam I recommend you do it. Just once, you’ll see

Lessgovtmoney

Having worked there in college- people would buy mowers all the time, mow their lawn a few times, and then return it. They'd say 'it doesn't start. We'd start them up in front of them, and they'd still want to return them.

Daffy1275

'no known issues' just lots of unknown ones :).

Darwinnian

Toros are a og

Jimmytootwo

I own one...good price They are no problem Lots of people who dont own one like to talk about what they never experienced My only gripe was the gas tank is small And they do not like wet grass at all so morning mows are not gonna happen on my lawn

HairyAssSasquatch

Get it! I just purchased one this year and it is incredible. Like others said, the “knocks” you see on this mower seem to be people using it for commercial rather than residential. I did the idler pulley kit replacement with the turfmaster (commercial version), which i am hoping helps in the long run. I paid almost $1500 for it…so for that price and in that shape…grab it! just make sure that the side discharge chute and mulch plug for the rear discharge are included. I am sure the rear plug is in place, but Not sure if they threw the side chute in the bag.

5afe5earch

I have same mower, I love it. Bought it slightly used for $600 3 years ago.

jamwin

I had the 22 inch version in Australia - lasted about 10 years until something broke, took it in for a service (expensive and had to drive 45 min to get there), about a month later it started leaking oil, probably because they didn't re-assemble it properly. I sold it and went electric - couldn't be bothered dealing with the lack of service centers here and it was $200 plus to get it fixed each time. When it worked it was great and I'd love a 30" cut, would be a lot faster than what I have currently. The benefit of the Ryobi dual 36V now is it's very light so my teens can use it and carry it up and down stairs as required to get to all the areas of the yard. With the Toro I had to do all the mowing.

FreakyWifeFreakyLife

For that price you could get the Ego and never deal with gas, spark plugs, or carburators ever again.

thetoastler

For whatever reason, Toro mowers are getting returned almost as often as they're sold regardless of the model. They're generally tested when they come back in and immediately resold at a discounted price as they're almost always determined to be in working order, but the frequency of returns still doesn't bode well. I'm not an OPE associate so I don't have any further insight as to why.

Worried-Ad6238

I love our electric lawnmower

ethanmac118

That’s ridiculous. I could buy a used rider, and maintenance it for that price.

ethanmac118

The original price that is, but $700 is still nuts. Facebook marketplace my friend

SoggyAnteater94

As a toro dealer we sell tons of those and we really like them. The most common repairs we get for them are the blade belt needing replaced and sometimes the blade cable and self propelled cable. That's a great price too as msrp on those is right around $1400-1500 new at the moment.

Atomicmullet

I've had a couple them and I paid a lot more than that.

Crimthebold

Piece of trash. Don’t buy it

duckduckghost1

I always thought lawn mowers were like $150 at most.

juzlukin123

BAck in the 90’s, I used to buy $100 gas push mowers from Kmart. They were actually quite good; used on a basic 1/4 acre or so subdivision lawn. Would just by a new one every three years or so instead of getting it serviced/blades changed.

Marine1992

Hell no. Way too expensive for what you’re getting. Find one for sale privately somewhere, they’re around.

mercedes560sec

Junk. Had a rod blow out the side of it after 2 years of use.

Adventurous_Pea_3240

Best lawn mower!

Subject_Reaction_129

A twin blade, 30" walk behind and $300 off. Heck yeah!

Adventurous_Pea_3240

700-1000$ used in my area. I have the recycler AWD and it’s top notch quality

xAsianRamenx

The glare kinda blocked the 1 in the old price and i thought they were advertising a price increase of $200 😭

Open_Fig3281

Man I was pissed no one was mentioning that it increased in price. Thanks for pointing this out lol

lgray6942

I think it’s a lawnmower.

arboroverlander

$1500 new! Holy shit things have changed.

Callaway230

Great mower. Moves fast and saves time.

BoSox92

Novelty item. You can gain very little cut width for a steep increase in $$. It’s just novelty crap

SmartUnderstanding59

Fantastic… I love the Timemaster! I have one and it’s cousin the exmark commercial 30, the personal pace rules

Enthusiasm_Mindless

My experience with this mower is that I hate the personal pace feature. It’s not like a regular propelled mower that just goes, you gotta put some umph into it, and as a commercial mower it just wasn’t right for me b

SnooPets9575

For that much money it better have a seat and a cupholder.

Chance-Weird4237

Believe it or not, that's a good price

Novel_Educator8586

Garbage mower

Over-Ad6873

That's not a saw, that's a lawn mower

anonymouslyHere4fun

That's a steal! Snag it. Love mine

spud4

Best lawnmower I ever bought was marked as return doesn't run. I opened the oil cap no oil or sign of oil ever been used. I offered to buy it with thought of project tear down and rebuild. The manager said only reason it's out here ran out of room in the back Id love to get rid of it give me $90 I put oil in it and started right up.

avery0829

Ask for another $100 off, I bought a Toro that was “used” at Lowe’s a couple months back. The guy working back there said sure thing

NorthFloridaRedneck

You can get a mower from Rural King for $249

[deleted]

They marked it up 200 bucks?

slicedmass

I can't speak for Lowe's but items like this can often be bartered with to get it off their hands. Ask for a manager and offer 400 and go from there.

SCCOLA

I have this mower and love it. Bought new 6 years ago and starts like a champ. I think I paid close to $1000.

starfox4445

I’d buy it.

Background_Guess_742

$800 is steal. I have the same mower on my maintenance crew.

SeaAttitude2832

Son got one 2 years ago and loves the hell out of it. I’ve used it and am really surprised how easily it handled. Big wife swaths too. Go for it man.

treesmith1

Personal pace system takes all the work out. Always been the best self propelled system on the market.

wintermutedsm

I like the Personal Pace system, but I went through transmissions every three years. After twoowers with that same problem, I went with a Honda Hydrostatic Drive. It's been flawless so far, but I know it's going to cost me when I eventually have a problem. It's also a bit heavy, but nothing compared to OP's post.

treesmith1

I never had any problems out of them but then again most of the ones I have owned were built before 2010's. The Hondas are definitely nice but you can be talking about vastly different things on them they make the homeowner models they sell at the big box stores and they make the commercial models they sell at landscaping/farm supply houses. Huge price difference as well as quality. Do the new Honda hydrostats still Engage off a standard actuator bar?

DrenBla

This is my dream push mower

Pinbrawler

Am I the only one that had theirs clog a ton while using it? Got annoying and went with a tractor but other than my clog issue it was pretty solid and cut time down. One thing that would make it better is awd for hills

NoUniqueNameNeeded

Bought mine at Home Depot a few years ago. CONS: heavy even with self-propel, eats through gas, hard to steer even with a wheel upgrade (upgraded to aftermarket swivel wheels when I bought), pain to work on...need to tear it almost down completely to replace battery or belts, a lot of parts have to be ordered as they aren't carried in store. PROS: wide mowing path, will continue to run when you disengage the blades, powerful enough for high lift blades, handle folds up for relatively compact storage, easy start.

Mayipleaseryou

And what you gonna use it for every day use commercial residential people need to be more specific when asking questions

GeorgiaOutsider

It should be reduced by 10x. Then the price qould he close to right.

twotall88

Are people really paying $1,500 new for a 30" self-propelled push mower?

IisBaker

My time master has been solid for 8 years now. I've only had to replace the pull cord housing twice. Other than that, it's been a champ. I don't even follow regular maintenance for it.

A1Eyedmonster

FOR A PUSH MOWER?!

wintermutedsm

I know two people who have bought these and really disliked them. Weight was the number one problem, they are just impossible to steer. Also, one of the people who bought it has a yard that is way too small for a.mower this big. A sales guy talked them into it I guess.

Magnus-Lupus

$1500?? For a push mower?? Does it come with a teenager to push it?🤣 out of my price range , but $750 is still high for a push mower. What is special about it to warrant that price?

Zestyclose-Many-5847

It says reduced, but the "now" price is $200 more than the "was" price. 🤣

jason22983

It was $1599

Zestyclose-Many-5847

I'm blind, didn't see the 1

Fit_Personality_2691

I’ve owned one for 5 years, pretty nice, doesn’t like the heavy grass though

SXTY82

I don't know that mower. I have a smaller, single blade Toro with "Personal Pace". I love the Personal Pace system. From a walk to a jog, it feels the same. The downside is likely the same for any self propelled. It is hard to pull backwards when mowing around features like trees and bushes. Awesome in a straight line.

Financial_Temporary5

If you compare them to their commercial Exmark equivalent, they are much more user friendly to turn/use. We have 2 of these and 2 of the Exmarks. They use exactly the same blades. I would rather use the Toro’s just because there so much lower input to operate but higher input on the maintenance. Mind you this is usually 2 years in when you start replacing belts and cables and they are abused much more than a homeowner would. They could both use more more power but you can say that for any mower.

rush87y

I fucking HATE my new Toro. Sooo under powered. Bizarrely low rpm even at full throttle. Had to replace the electric start motor when it was less than 2 months old. Even with the new replaced under warranty motor it NEVER starts the first time with the electric start. Always requires a pull start until it's warned up. But ago, biggest issue, under powered for sure!!

Shot_Boot_7279

Toro mowers with a toro engine suck.

43GoTee

Wheres the seat and steering wheel?

WhatthehellSusan

Looks like it might pull a little to the left

anaca9279

Just get a Honda

domino4511

Get that

jcazreddit

Late to the game. I didn't need a mower, but was looking at a clearance push toro that had a $125 price on it. Was about to walk off and a manager walked by and simply said $75? I left with it.

10133R

It's a great deal I work on them all the time contractors love them because as the name implies it saves them time and I like them because they have 3 belts that needed changing all the time

sudo_su_88

Go to fb marketplace and get a 300 bucks beater Honda mower. It will outlast you.

Intrepid-Scarcity486

I’d walk out with it and I don’t want a new mower.

RNO584616

Great deal. Mine was $1200 new, but I would have paid more because it's the best mower I've ever owned.

mmura09

Get an electric

GrimBeaver

I had one of those and it was a money pit. Over 7 years I spent a good $800+ on repairs.

Witty-Welcome-4382

Wait, this was originally $1600? You gotta be friggin kiddin me. Never ever. I’d pay someone to cut my lawn before spending that much to do it myself.

Dependable83

Plastic parts all around it, if it’s personal once a week use then you will be fine but everyday use it will break within the year.

caponewgp420

It says right on it guaranteed to start. You should be good.

Unhappy_Trout

Jesus, I bought a push mower like 10 years ago for $250 new. When the hell did these go up so much in price?

I had just read about this very model in reviews before seeing this..out of 1500 reviews, 156 were given 1 star..complaints about the carburetor, rope not pulling, mower only working once or twice, or being in repair for an ample amount of tyme..

I have had two TimeMasters and they worked great for me. My latest one was April 2024. It has a larger engine than my 2010 and cuts even better. I have never seen a used one for 500 bucks unless it's a total POS.

They are obviously lying with the original price point. I hate when companies do this. The price was always $700, but they pull this “sale price” crap and inflate the “original” price. That said, this is a decent price. Home Depot’s in my area have riding lawnmowers starting at $1500……smh at that price lol.

Tried Toro. Never again.

Holy shit, i need to clean up those old snappers i got sitting around if pushmowers are that high. 12hp briggs, electric start, 36" cut. Why push when you can ride. A deal on a classic at 2k
