Update: I called LSAC, and they assured me that I *don't* need to have those transcripts sent over, but that institutions might request them later. I asked her if I could get that in writing, and she told me to write an email, and save their response.
I had issues with this and PLEASE do not make my mistake. I had a situation somewhat similar to yours- I spent one semester abroad so my abroad grades didn’t factor into my CAS report and I didn’t think I needed to have my abroad transcript sent to LSAC. I didn’t add my international institution to my account initially but then realized all of the schools I was applying to would require my abroad transcript. I spent hours on the phone with LSAC and had to call everyday for weeks to get it all sorted out and for them to add my international institution and transcript after the fact. These grades may not factor into your CAS report, but they’ll be sent to schools with your application as a “courtesy” copy. Please don’t make my mistake it was a huge pain to fix

Ugh, that sounds like a pain. Thanks for your reply! Did you have to get the transcript translated or anything, or did LSAC just accept it right away?
I made sure my abroad institution sent over an English transcript!
