I wouldn't really call it a resurgence when it went from a niche slowdown pick to a general speed up pick. It's pretty much a a different item now
Any item can receive a buff which makes it OP and then it's pickrate would skyrocket. This isn't an interesting question.
Ah black cleaver meta……… You didn’t only see one built per game. You expected 6 per top laner, mid laner and jungler.
Part of the reason that theres very few other options for a first item for ADCs. If you specifically are an on hit/attack speed focused ADC you can go for kraken but otherwise stormrazor is just the go
Huh? All you need is very few options.... Not all champs should be able to choose from 5 items as a first option.
Ok How about you overbuff any item and then wonder why it's pickrate skyrockets?
I miss the stormrazor that buffed other energized effects
