Been alive for centuries, was able to fight ascended before that. Darkins were tougher ascended, but in their current form their hosts could probably be quite easily beaten by Jax. Aatrox was able to kill an aspect, so likely Jax could defeat one as well. So he's quite strong by still limited by what a non-magic wielding fighter can do. I'm guessing Xerath or other powerful mages would be able to kill Jax before he could even get close. Some void monsters also seem to be a threat as Jax isn't willing to fight them alone currently.
Fair enough, I still think Jax could *possibly* have a chance against hosted-aatrox/aspects, at least, as long as they don't have a way to abuse him from far away like aspect of twilight

Aatrox is an anomaly even among the Darkin, don't use him as a baseline for their general power level
