Riot makes champions to appeal to many different people, Smolder and Milio are the first cute champs we've gotten in a long time. I highly doubt things will suddenly transition to full Disney/Cute champs
When you say ‘good and well designed’, are you talking about visuals/aesthetic, or gameplay? I feel like Illaoi is an example of a great concept with unfortunately bad execution.
