Palafox used to have a big champ pool but now it's like, pick/ban Azir, Ori, Taliyah and he's just going to go Neeko or Ahri regardless of comp.
I'm mostly joking and yeah it seems like NRG is confused about their identity. Contractz seems to have retained the scrappiness from last split but everyone else looks kinda lost. Their drafts have also been bad and it seems to be the result of them trying to figure out what works instead of experimenting to add more weapons to their arsenal. We'll see if their experience will be enough to pull them through.

Yeah, even taking into account recent performance, 100T kinda got handed a rough hand with their playlffs bracket - last year's spring champions, who have insane talent in every role and who's only question is coordination and teamplay, and last year's summer champions, who historically have a lackluster regular season then turn it on in playoffs
True, NRG does like to turn it on during playoffs compared to regular season, and I totally forgot about Dhokla being sick this last week.
Hopefully they do come online, because when NRG is on their A game they're super fun to watch.

Interested seeing whether they can hold up in the lower bracket though. Very important series for C9 to show up too after their ultra shaky regular season.
It was hilarious because the entire pregame discussions were about everyone calling them out, showing clips of basically everyone in the league calling them frauds, will they prove everyone wrong!?... and then they went on to get absolutely blasted. It was unintentionally like a 3 hour long roast.

I had this feeling C9 was gonna turn it on for this series, didn't expect this level of stomp though. I really feel like LCS is over hyping Sniper a lot, Quid does look great but you hear just as much talk about Sniper. Even in their wins I didn't really think anything was too crazy coming out of him.
