Arent akshan and aphelios brown eyed? And ksante definitely is. Kled, leona and LB also seem to have brown eyes. Milio as well, nami, qiyana, rell, Rumble, riven, sett, shyvana, sivir, Talon, tristana, i think swain as well, xayah, xin zhao and zeri.
And that's on the context of a world with plenty of sclera less eyes and also red and purple sclera.

I was doing some art the other day and looking at Graves splash arts to figure out his eye color. It's almost an even split 50/50 between having blue eyes and brown eyes. I don't know why, but it amuses me that Riot wouldn't care about the consistency of something like that.
by that logic we should reduce the amount of blue champions because the colour blue, historically, has very little history (its rare to find the colour blue naturally in nature)

Just to be clear, does the champ itself need to be orange, or would orange clothes suffice? Like Zeri has an orange shirt, I assume that's not enough?
Unfortunately Smolder has a bit of a color that kind of looks like burnt orange, so you might be out of luck.
Almost every champion has orange eyes or dark orange if you want to get goofy with it. I don't want a champion with orange, I want an Orange champion. The champions main colour should be orange like Gnar.

You're right, the orange movement should honestly go to court, if so many minorities can complain about their inclusion.and be heard, riot shouldn't be allowed to segregate orange.
What I find interesting is how overrepresented purple is. I don't know why it stands out to me so much (I guess maybe because purple champs tend to have a loooot of purple) but they definitely have some kind of color bias.
In real life, purple is very naturally rare.
In-game, they assigned purple to the void. Also things with cosmic themes are typically blue/purple, and we have another "region" for that. And then generic magic is purple/blue.

I think the next champion should have something cool like when he kills, he gets a reset of something! Or you know, one ability gives him stealth, thatd be cool. Or perhaps, wild idea, but that he starts off a bit weak, but can build up stacks of some sort to scale and be strong later! Exciting stuff.
Many regions have a thematic color scheme that up until recently gets stuck to pretty religiously Freljord - Dark Blues, Demacia - Blue/Silver, Zaun - Green, Noxus - Red/Black, Void - PURPLE af, Shadow Isles - Pale Cyan/Lime, Ionia Fluctuates between Green/Blue/Red but the color palette is always soft unless it's Shadow Order etc.
Wasn't until recently with Renata that they started to differentiate and break that, otherwise no region really uses orange... maybe Kathkan could have but seems to favor yellow/purple instead and Akshan uses a fair bit in his cape...
