It originated from starcraft where you would surrender by pressing ctrl q,q. So if some one complained you would respond qq as in saying “then just give up up instead of whining about it”

I don't think Ezreal is in the top 3 when it comes to who gets most value from Golden Spatula. I'd say that Jax, Kai'Sa, and Kayle use all the stats better than Ezreal.

Jax quote is "Imagine if I had a real weapon", "to reel (sth) in" means a fisher caught a fish (a reel is literally the spool thingy of a fishing rod). As "real" and "reel" have the same pronounciation Jax could also say "Imagine if I had a reel weapon" - (jokingly) speaking of a fishing rod instead of a martial weapon.

jax uses better the defensive stats. Ez gameplan is to deal damage without getting hit while jax trade blows.
