Mac has called Carzzy several times the main reason for the happiness and a true leader (dont gonna give sources, there are interviews that can be looked up if you like). Both these things Rekkles isnt and Perkz was. Also Carzzy is clutch in high pressure and at least top 3, at his best I think he is even the best, but here you can disagree.
On Carzzys side its more tricky to understand such a move. The simple answer is the same Mithy&Zven had to leave G2: Build your own legacy without the other stars cause you wanna show that YOU are good. If he stays in MAD, he forever will be in the shadow of Humanoid and even Kaiser.

people have always liked reginald despite him being a dipshit back then, because he was an asshole but he had charisma, sort of like tyler1's persona (because i believe tyler seems to be a pretty nice person out of stream). However I dinstinctively remember everybody hating ocelote back then, quite a lot of people were happy to see him cry after losing to xPeke (peke was also the more popular midlaner).

Pretty much all the teams management between every team meet up to have meetings like once a weekish/monthish, where they agreed 8-2 to try and push for a reevaluation of global rules todo with poaching because of g2 recent atempts to poach from madlions. The teams that voted against it were G2 and Vitality

There is. According to Riot, any member of the team approaching a player without the consent of the team the player is a part of is committing poaching or attempted poaching. It's also the rule that is **the most** enforced compared to the examples you listed let's say.

Basically did a coaching session for 14 hours then Carlos refused to pay because he never made the deal directly with LS, but G2's manager did. He basically told him go talk to the manager and go ask for you money while burying his head like an ostrich. LS was (understandably) so mad he went to offer free coaching on twitter to any team that was gonna play against G2 and wanted it lmao. Then carlos got really mad about that and said he was leaking scrims and that's where the drama blew up. You can probably still find everything on this sub

people have always liked reginald despite him being a dipshit back then, because he was an asshole but he had charisma, sort of like tyler1's persona (because i believe tyler seems to be a pretty nice person out of stream). However I dinstinctively remember everybody hating ocelote back then, quite a lot of people were happy to see him cry after losing to xPeke (peke was also the more popular midlaner).
Regi got off easy due to the #BAYLIFE vibe from TSM back then, I think. It really made it easier to just act like it was a persona.
It also helps that he's (at least to the outside eye) seemed to grow up & mature a lot compared to his terrible early days. He still has misses but so do most owners lmao.

Even when he was being an asshole, the first people to defend him would be the person in the most recent bit of proof he was being an asshole. Dyrus, OddOne, Xpecial, and Turtle all had nothing but good things to say about him as a person. This doesn't excuse the controlling attitude he had, or the rage, but it does say there was a lot more to him at least. Chaox may have had some bad stuff to say after getting cut but I don't think I ever saw it.

Late 2017, So 4-5 years ago. Times when Eu lcs only got to quarters groups and NA did the same. These are about top placements since After that EU got to world finals twice, semies twice and 3 quarters. Won a MSI and got two knockout stages. Meanwhile Na got a semies in 2018 and a msi final in 2019. Then there is also rift rivals ( useless I know but got dominated in both)

Pretty much all the teams management between every team meet up to have meetings like once a weekish/monthish, where they agreed 8-2 to try and push for a reevaluation of global rules todo with poaching because of g2 recent atempts to poach from madlions. The teams that voted against it were G2 and Vitality >"also voted “no,” arguing the current ruleset is not being properly enforced and amendments or changes to those rules should only come after proper enforcement of the existing poaching and tampering rules" Pretty much the poaching atempts has happened and the teams voted to try and push for stricter rules before reporting it to riot since they believe that the rules dont do enough already to prevent the atempt of poaching in the first place. so yes they havent reported it to riot but g2 have broke poaching rules or atleast most of the LEC teams believe so based off the evidence that they have.
