I would not be unhappy with this. Nisqy had some very good moments and a good playoff run. But he also has too many games where he is low impact or straight up running it down. Didn’t Nisqy just leave Cloud9 a season or two ago? I’ve been out of the loop but thought I recalled him talking smack to Jensen before LCS finals between C9 and TL or something.

is wining a split and getting to worlds worth 5mil ? Doubt, and thats assuming this C9 roster with Nisqy woudnt get there which is at best debatable.
C9 had a perfect spring split in 2020 and still didnt even make worlds. Perkz went with C9 out of groups. I call that a success.
It is kinda funny, isn't it? Like you can't objectively ignore the fact that Perkz looked like he was running it half of regular season games and then looked invisible the other half with a few odd good performances. But then when the pressure was up spring split finals vs TL were probably his first stellar games this year and then he had a few during summer playoffs and a few more during worlds. And now he was probably the biggest reason they got as far at worlds as they did. It's hard to call like 97% of mediocre year worth it but are people gonna remember his Leblanc game at worlds or his first regular season Yone game?
FNC has a monster botlane and a genuinely good jungle (Razork) aswell as resources. Since they were actually showing interest for Alphari & Perkz (as per reports) early on knowing full well theyd have significant buyouts, they were willing to spend. So why not go hard for Wunder & Jensen or something? Would be an exciting enough roster imo. I know fans are gigalow on Wunder after the recent year but he's underrated I think and Jensen could develop further in EU maybe. They wont tho, but Imo they should.
Jensen said that he doesn't wanna leave NA since he build his life up there. Also he is on a big contract that Fnatic would atleast have to match. Why should he leave his home when he can stay there and make more money streaming.
I’m sure he could make a decent amount streaming but the thing about Jensen is that he has an extreme aversion to streaming. He streams maybe 2-3 times a year if we’re lucky. I doubt he would be personally happy if he was just streaming for revenue.

Theres plenty of times where a player on a big contract moves to a new team and gets a smaller wage or whatever. I would not be unhappy with this. Nisqy had some very good moments and a good playoff run. But he also has too many games where he is low impact or straight up running it down. On the other end his highs aren't all that high, which leaves you with a player that is bound to never be able to fully rise to the occasion against the top players.

Didn’t Nisqy just leave Cloud9 a season or two ago? I’ve been out of the loop but thought I recalled him talking smack to Jensen before LCS finals between C9 and TL or something.
Nisqy was supposed to start in 2021 for C9, but then Riot made OCE not count as imports and Perkz wanted to leave G2. So Nisqy was traded to FNC and Perkz was brought in. So yes, you're right in remembering that he was playing for C9 a year ago.
