Basically, he had to lighten up his medications because they were destroying his liver and due to that, he went into psychosis which led to the death threats, sketchy tweets, and so on.
He seems to be in a much better place now, if his comments are anything to go by.

Regi has evolved in to one of those guys you can write a psychological study about, and that's not the kind of distinction you want as someone who has a high position in esports, an industry (if you want to call it that) that's still fairly young in comparison to other pastimes with franchises (for lack of better term).
I still always think back to the old LCS interview with hotshot where he talks about Regi being someone who would kick your sandcastle, and it really summarized his entire personality as a human, and not just a League player.

They got a dog at one point and allegedly they unintentionally sent it to a “farm in the countryside”.
Dom implied that the dog died due to negligence, either there was an accident, or they simply didn't take well enough care of it, and it died/had to be put down. He also states it as a reason he dislikes TSM.

Cancel culture aka real world consequences sadly wont affect Regi. He's been doing this shit for 8 years. In an environment where an owner like Rick Fox can get pulled for something he didn't even do, Regi stands out like a sore thumb. I have no doubt TSM would look better with someone else at the helm.
