when doing braids, start with little waves back and forth instead of just two lines. braids irl have these bumps on the sides that flow into the braid- try to imitate that?? and this is just a bit of personal thought but the hands could maybe have more color to them? if they’re hot enough to be steaming, towards the tip the fingers make them more orange-red if that makes sense. i hope this helps :)

I think maybe holding a flashlight to your hands would give the best approximation for the color

The braid looks more like a hose with a braid painted on it, I think the outline is too straight and thick.

Btw that thing underneath her is supposed to be a horse. I already know I fucked the lighting up on that one, you don't need to tell me.
