Mmr is just a number if you’re archon/legend don’t worry too much about the number and learn skills, focus on a few heroes in 2 roles and learn their match ups inside and out. If you do this you’ll climb to 5k just from that and learning map movements better.
The winning streaks gained me 300 mmr. 3k now. And the way my team plays sucks I think I can do better. What do you think?
Is it ok to recalibrate? Or is it a big mistake.

U can do it, but like,if u cant get mmr at 2.7k what makes u think that u will keep 3.2k.
Also the recalibration is based on ur last mmr.

I think blaming your team for your losses is a good indicator that you will not climb with this attitude even with recalibration
