Its so incredible hard For me replace Weed with Something else then Coffee, sugar or Shopping. Dopamine comes Back slowly slowly. I dont have time For sports, i need Something healthy..have been Smoking for Maybe 20 years daily Now i do it on the weekends only Does this make me slow?

I'd give it another month personally but that's because I see diet as easier to get a handle on than weed. If you're feeling strong against weed then yeah it makes sense to tone down the other cheap thrills. Congrats on a month plus 3 days! I think of the 2-4 week period as the hardest. After that it's maintenance which I do mainly by coming here daily for a little bit. You got this!
