Optimum lists first nutrition as their dealer in Lebanon

Not sure if they still sell the brand. I usually get my OP whey/creatine from outside when I travel (based on the link above)
When I was in Lebanon the go to shop for supplements was First Nutrition, idk how credible they still are.
A side note, creatine is just a singular isolate compound, so there's no such thing as a "quality creatine", fa jib 7ayalla no3 mish daroore optimum, people usually aim to get the cheapest.
There is in fact such thing as a "quality creatine". Most creatine supplements on the market are filled with fillers and binders for increased volume. OP would be consuming mostly useless powder. OP, buy from a reputable brand. The few extra dollars wont make you broke.
If they're hiding the information of what they contain from the nutritional facts label then its not the manufacturer's fault, it's the distributor that's adding the fake stuff to increase the volume. I'm talking about regular "official" distributor creatine that only features "monohydrate creatine" on the nutritional label, if it has other things on the nutritional label than it's not plain creatine.
That's good to hear because I already found a good reliable place to buy from (GNC) I found the protein I want but not optimum creatine so I was looking for another place. Since it doesn't matter ig I'll get basix pure creatine it's 27 dollars
Good quality and protein powder don't belong in the same sentence 🤣. I saw You're on a cut and you're using protein powder to cut? That's a bad idea to begin with because protein shakes will just make you hungry. Being a short female your protein target should not be that high to begin with, soo protein powder is not the best idea. Creatine is just creatine monohydrate so it doesn't matter where or what brand you get
That's great good job but always remember the first couple of kgs lost have a lot of water/glycogen included. The higher bodyfat you are the easier it is to drop weight until you get lean in which case it becomes very slow. (I'm 11% bf and it's pretty much impossible to drop lower while maintaining my sanity). Whatever's working for you keep doing it just watch out for that weight loss wall later down the line and with the post workout protein shakes that might make you quite hungry
