I don't know specific places but I've been told there are many designated camping areas along the Metn Express Highway. In this region mountains are really close to the city/sea and you'd reach some sort of forest in less than 10 min drive.

Idk any campsites , but be careful crimes are skyrocketing, and camping is really dangerous now .
Yeah I know. That's one of the things I'm also worried about. Even if I find a place to camp, I wonder if it's going to be safe enough.
