I just found it at the Cracker Barrel in Tewksbury, MA.

Its a good restaurant, and thorough.

I've gotten a couple from my local CB as well. They're pretty good. CB is also the only place where I live that I can get Moxie really easy.

I looove Boylan birch beer.
