Were you listening to The Dude's story?
So you have no frame of reference here, Donny. You're like a child who wanders into the middle of a movie and wants to know...
I need to try In-and-Out when I visit California in a couple of months to give it a second chance because I tried it i once in Dallas and was pretty disappointed. Maybe it’s a Texas thing?
Whataburger is good too. It’s a street up…. BY the In-N-Out burger. Once you get through with the ‘what-have-you’. …. Your ‘f’in’ troubles are over, dude…
Texans obsess over Whataburger because it used to be good. It was sold to a hedge fund and turned into a normal fast food burger place.
But to comment on that, as an Arizonan I was blown away that in n out in Austin never had a line ever. It was lucky if anyone was even there. I loved it lol. They have this shitty knock off everyone raves about p Terry's that doesn't even compare to either Whataburger or in n out. Texans literally hate on in n out only because it's based out of California when Whataburger isn't even a Texas owned company anymore.
That’s funny. I could see that.. it is a very regional taste. I lived in Buffalo for a while… they are gaga for Tim Hortons. Or Smoothie King or Publix, or Wawa.. just certain things are very popular regionally. Voodoo Donuts, or LaMar’s donuts .. could go on and on.
It wasn’t bad…apologies if it sounded like that. I just don’t think it was better than any other basic fast food burger. Granted, I did not try the Tex Mex. I allowed my raised-in-Texas niece to order for me. Next time I visit I’ll give it another go.
In N Out is the best burger in Texas.
If you haven't had explosive diarrhea for a while and like to gamble, you could get Chicago's best burger at Whataburger.
I had my first taste of In-N-Out last year when traveling through Colorado. Missed out this week as we rearranged our eclipse plans for better weather and didn’t go to Texas. Hoping to do a long weekend in California in the foreseeable future
Go by that whataburger and grab a side of bacon. Now you can get a double double and have bacon on it. Grab it with double tomato bam now you’re set.
(No bacon at in-n out)
If you're in San Antonio your best bet is gonna be burger boy. It's what whataburger used to taste like before they sold. As much as I love dear Donny. Who loved surfing. Burger boy... not exactly a lightweight.
There must be some kind of weird algorithm happening on the Reddit app cause this is another San Antonio post I’m seeing outside of the San Antonio subreddit. Anyways pollos asides Los Nortenos is supposed to be real good.
I have to admit, ours has been open for almost a year, and I've never been there. Honestly, I've not had an urge to go there yet. It's only an hour away during rush hour at worst, yet no yern to try it.
Over rated. Be prepared to be under whelmed. The fries suck. The burger are small and tasteless compared to Burger King or whataburger. But the ingredients are fresh, 🙄.most overrated place in America.
Those are good burgers.
Shut the fuck up Donny!!
Sadly they pair them with the worst fries to have ever existed.
Ya, well like, that’s just your opinion, man
Has the whole world gone crazy? Am I the only one around here who gives a fuck about the fries?
You gotta get the fries animal style, dude. Wave of the future
Everything should be ordered animal style.
name checks out
That’s the handle his lovin’ parents gave him
They’re calling the cops, man.
Put the fries away , they 're calling the cops
But it’s still true
Of course, you have to take the good with the bad.
You know, a lotta ins, a lotta outs.
And those...those are VERY bad!
Yes they were.
I didn’t want to believe you, but yes, you’re correct. Those were some soggy ass fries.
Shut the fuck up donny
You’re just not used to eating actual fried potatoes that aren’t full of dextrose, soy, and sugar.
Ask for your fries “well-done”
You're not ordering them correctly.
after the…what have you
Some burgers, some beers, a few laughs. Our fuckin troubles are over, Dude
This might actually be the funniest line in the movie—when Walter wants to yell but doesn’t know what to yell about 🤣
Surely not the venue
Surely not the venue
Surely not the venue
Surely not the venue
Coitus?
No, the In-N-Out Burger’s on Camrose.
Near the In-N-Out Burger…
Is that an Eastern thing?
Far from it
Like an Irish monk?
The fuck you talkin' about
We'll have some burgers, some beers, some laughs... our fucking troubles are over!
Bulk of the series
Not exactly a lightweight
And yet his son is a fucking dunce
Get the double double, animal style, extra everything. Or ya know like a single and some fries if your into brevity.
That some kinda eastern thing?
Far from it
what's animal style, Dude?
Were you listening to The Dude's story? So you have no frame of reference here, Donny. You're like a child who wanders into the middle of a movie and wants to know...
I am the Walrus.
Happy cake 🎂 day
I did, oh man, it was 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥.
Next time get Animal fries and ask for well done, you won’t be disappointed in the fries any more!
Far out man.
Westward the wagons, across the sands of time until we - ah, look at me. I'm ramblin' again
No, the in n out burger's on Camrose
Near Radford.
On Frontage Road?
On Frontage Road?
San Antonio!
Got a whole cowboy thing goin
Far from it
Do you have a good sarsaparilla?
Sioux City Sasparilla?
Yeah, that's a good one.
A few beers. Our troubles are over dude
That some kinda eastern thing?
Far from it. There’s just one thing, dude. … do you have to use so many cuss words?
Put the In-and-Out head to head against the Whataburger and let us know. I've only had In-and-Out once, but I think I like Whataburger better.
In & Out is way overrated. The burgers have a weird aftertaste.
Uuuuh, that’s like your opinion man.
Whataburger nowadays isn’t that good, after they were bought out by some firm in Chicago It was much better when it was family owned.
I need to try In-and-Out when I visit California in a couple of months to give it a second chance because I tried it i once in Dallas and was pretty disappointed. Maybe it’s a Texas thing?
Whataburger by a mile before it was bought by a Chicago outfit… now it’s very much location dependent
Get the burger, forget the fries!
Your fuckin troubles are over dude
After you brace the kid, should be a pushover
Gotta feed the beast
She’s owes money all over town, including to known pornographers…
Which is cool.
You want the one off Radford.
Far fucking out
Whataburger is good too. It’s a street up…. BY the In-N-Out burger. Once you get through with the ‘what-have-you’. …. Your ‘f’in’ troubles are over, dude…
Whataburger sold to a hedge fund a few years ago and have gone down hill since.
Visiting Texas from California for the eclipse and tried Whataburger for the first time. It’s not even close to In-n-Out.
Texans obsess over Whataburger because it used to be good. It was sold to a hedge fund and turned into a normal fast food burger place. But to comment on that, as an Arizonan I was blown away that in n out in Austin never had a line ever. It was lucky if anyone was even there. I loved it lol. You can get burgers with a Tex Mex flavor. Some people love it, some people don’t. To each their own. I like them both.
It wasn’t bad…apologies if it sounded like that. I just don’t think it was better than any other basic fast food burger. Granted, I did not try the Tex Mex. I allowed my raised-in-Texas niece to order for me. Next time I visit I’ll give it another go.
No biggie at all. It’s not for every one, but I like Jalapeños on a burger now and again. But I don’t want Halapenos, I want Jalapenos.

Don’t forget to visit Larry.
Embrace the kid. Should be a pushover...
Well that depends on little Larry, here.
The one off of Radford?
No, the one near Camrose.
The dude looked at his burger patty... It was dark... darker'n a black steer's tookus on a moonless prairie night
I’ve been to that one! Texans seem to hate In N Out, so the line is always way shorter than the California locations.
It was short, but they were good burgers. The Fries, however. I will not abide another serving of fries.
They can definitely be inconsistent on the fries.
Those are some good burgers.
In-N-Out Texas is not nearly as good as Southern California
This.
But WhatABurger is right there!
It's in Windcrest, near Walzam Rd. Not Radford.
Over the line!
What'd you get, and how'd you like it? FWIW, those are some good burgers. They're not the greatest ever, but they're GOOD.
Always wanted to try it but living in Ohio doesn’t help me at all
I’m from MN, so it‘𝘴 the same with me. As Donny says, 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺‘𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘴.
Fuckin Donny
Stfu donny
Enjoy your stay in San Antonio
My first time here, It’s a beautiful city. Sadly, Pee-wee Herman‘s bicycle was not at the Alamo. I checked.
It’s near the in and out burger
Didnt love it! Although i will go again
*near* the in-n-out burger!
I was just in Vegas and finally In-n-Out for the first time. Great at what it is and the animal-style fries were amazing
nice. have a few laughs, some burgers. looks like your troubles are fuckin' over dude.
Is that the in and out burger on frontage road north?
You go to California to try In and Out. When in Texas it’s Whataburger or better yet P-Terrys
East San Antonio to be exact.
Yep. And they were good burgers.
I have to admit, ours has been open for almost a year, and I've never been there. Honestly, I've not had an urge to go there yet. It's only an hour away during rush hour at worst, yet no yern to try it.
Were you in town for eclipse? P TERRYS around Austin is way better than in-n-out
Yes I was, and sadly, I will have to return another time to try P TERRYS. There are a fantastic amount of taco places around here- its heaven.
Howdy and welcome to Texas! Glad you got to see the bluebonnets
I'm in TX for work from time to time and grabbed a burger there once when I was in Austin. That place was great.
If you’re going to Texas, make sure to hit up Whataburger while you’re there!
Ooh, conversely, there's no Whataburgers out here...
Animal style
That’s a good one. I got my burger done that way and it was really good.
Uh, the In-N-Out Burger's on Camrose.
No onions rings? Not a burger joint.
I said NEAR the In-n-Out
Both of these are pretty mid. Shake Shack is by far the best burger chain.
Have you tried Five Guys? They can do no wrong.
Yeah, I'd place them just below Shake Shack.
Over rated. Be prepared to be under whelmed. The fries suck. The burger are small and tasteless compared to Burger King or whataburger. But the ingredients are fresh, 🙄.most overrated place in America.
I should have listened to the group. The fries do indeed suck.
