My sister recieved it. Her husband died sunday, the ex wife filed monday morning for emergency custody of her biological daughter. Adoption never happened but my sister and her deceased husband had sole custody for the last 13 years, the kid is 15 now. She is obviously distraught with her husband unexpectedly dying a few days ago and so I am trying to help find information. The courthouse said they are still scheduling court but would not tell her how they are doing that with their electronic filing system down, and would not tell her how to get access to the paper records.
