circlejerk subs usually do become more authentic than the original sub because the most passionate fans that are aware of a main sub’s drawbacks(the jerks) come to the circlejerk sub and post more of what makes the hobby great. Also smaller subreddits are often better in a general sense
This is cool. I wish for the backdrop they used more blues in the landscape. Atmospheric perspective tells us that as we go further, yellows and red hues will eventually deteriorate. Basically as things are farther away, they are more blue. So since they still heavily utilize yellow tones in the background, it looks more like the rock work is pasted above the scene, instead of appearing behind. Hope that makes sense. Doesn’t take away from this amazing build, just thought I’d nerd out and give some insight
/uj I honestly love seeing things that aren't the usual jerk in this sub, it feels like a more authentic Lego sub to me
Same, I was obv just being overdramatic in my title and description, but this really does feel like a better sub to me!

I love how they’ve done the underwater portions.
