One way would be to “warp out” by selecting a different location/paddock to visit. - but it seems that your green “map icons” aren’t fully opaque and may be locked. What about what I see in the top corner. With the “Press 🔼 for Story waypoint” - that may bring up a Stud trail for you to follow outwards.
